Stayed Aug 9, 2025Starting from a very warm welcome to an very easy and uncomplicated checkout, we spent 10 days in this very well equipped house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and even the soap in the shower is provided. Neighbourhood is calm and relaxing. Nothing to complain, no doubt that this can be booked at any moment and any occasion. Location is perfect for day trips around kent.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025We stayed for a weekend with a group of friends for a wedding in the area and 74 By The Sea was a really lovely base for our few days in Hythe. The house is spacious (we were 8 adults!), with 2.5 bathrooms and plenty of common areas for sitting together. The house is decorate to a very high standard and kept spotless. It’s just a few minutes to the sea front from the house, the high street was charming and the area quiet. Would recommend to anyone!

Property very clean and comfortable and host very friendly and nearby in case of any issues. Close to seafront and short walk to town centre. Would recommend if visiting Hythe

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We had a wonderful week at 74 By The Sea, and they even provided glorious sunshine! Immaculate home with beautiful decor and everything we could need including towels, hairdryers, all the essentials and some luxuries such as lovely shampoo and conditioners in the amazing showers! Hayley and Tim were fantastic hosts and met us for check-in, very friendly and explaining what was what with the house. Lots to do around Hythe and we were not short of activities, managing to keep 5 children occupied all week! We would definitely come back here for another week “by the sea!”
