The home was beautiful and central to Rehoboth beach activities. Although we had a wonderful time, it would have been nice if some towels and linens were included. Maybe look into the rental of those items for guest. We had to bring full bed coverings. Please provide kitchen towels and dish cloths for future guests. Otherwise the house was perfect and all the guests enjoyed the stay and location.

The property was very nice, not clean, dusty dirty floors, we were told there would be instructions for pool, hot tub, they were not accurate, we had to have the property manager come our 3 times during our stay, the air conditioning went down on Thursday, the property manager and Nick Crawford handled it very badly, I would not recommend working with them

We all enjoyed the home.plenty of space. Loved the pool and hot tub.

We go with a group of friends for NYE each year and this is the best house we've stayed in! Definitely will look to rent again for summer and NYE!

Charging deposit months before check in is ridiculous making me pay interest on money while you earn it

The property was better than the pictures. love the pool a little far from beach as we had 3 little ones weeks was nice but may need to do it in August rather than September in the future one negative is that the oven did not always come up to temperature unless you shut it off several times and re-started it.

Easy to rent, check in was very smooth

We rented the house for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The dining room table is amazing and was more than big enough for our large group. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for everyone showering in the morning and at the same time. The owner met us to go over everything in the house and she was very nice and personable. Loved the location as it is easy walking distance to restaurants. Everyone in the group really loved the house and if we do it again next year we will rent again for sure!

We recently spent the week when our son was married in Nov. This home is absolutely beautiful and provided lots of space for the two of us, our 3 children and 6 grandchildren to gather. Having lots of bathrooms was important as all of us had to dress for the wedding at the same time and we especially liked the bunk rooms that were off of the king bedrooms for the younger children. The close location to Rehoboth Ave. was also nice since we were able to walk to all restaurants. Judy was very easy to work with and made check in a breeze! We were just sorry it was too late in the year to use the lovely pool and hot tub area! This is a great property for a large group!

This rental property was a beautiful home! It didn't seem like a rental property at all it seemed more like a home away from home. It was very clean, hardwood floors throughout, nicely furnished with high-end appliances. The kitchen was great! Stocked with plenty of dishes of all sizes, pots and pans and glasses of all sizes (including wine and martini glasses?). The heated pool was a very nice size along with the hot tub....which was used everyday! The way the house was laid out, you would never know there were 17 of us staying there. The driveway was also roomy enough to accommodate several cars. Judy was great to deal with. She met us at the house when we first got there and went over all of the amenities (forgot to mention the sound system that goes throughout the house with controls in each room!). Plenty of seating in the pool area with speakers out there too! My family would love to rent this house again next summer. We were there from 8/29/15-9/05/15. Perfect weather was a plus!
