70s theme, pet-friendly, home!

The hot tub & pool were nice. The deck was large & reasonably maintained; it goes all the way from the house to the pool. The main picture of the house shows really nice outdoor rope lighting which was not functional & appeared like it had overheated/burned. The house had a strong mildew/mold smell throughout, especially in the game room. There was missing flooring on the stairs. Baseboard was missing around most of the bottom floor, leading me to think there had been a water issue. The wood exterior of the house has areas of water & insect damage especially around the hot tub area where the outdoor couch was located. The outdoor couch was covered with debris, leaf litter & I spent the first hour after we arrived cleaning that couch along with the floor registers which were covered in something dark colored. I only noticed because the house was warm & I went around making sure all the vents were open. Dozens of cracked tiles in the game room & we all wore shoes to protect our feet. The house was overall tidy, clean linens & towels. The decor was fun, very mid-mod. Several updated areas. Bedrooms were comfy. Nicely stocked beverage center had teas, coffee, sugar, cream. Everything we would need for a 4 day stay was provided in the kitchen (except food). The property provided privacy, lots of trees. We did have a great time. My expectations were high based on pictures, descriptions, reviews, & price. The house is either not consistently maintained or people are trashing it.

Excellent, well stocked kitchen - open dining room & kitchen design was perfect for our family cooking and dining!

The house was clean and on a great property! We loved staying here for our girls weekend. Great space for a large party

So much room and lots amenities. The hot tub was spotless and fully functional. Great game room. The management is very responsive.

Absolutely lovely! We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. The game room was a hIt for our group so fun! The hot tub and beautiful decor of all rooms and fire pit under the stars, very entertaining. We loved the extra touch of the pet station as we had or dogs. The pool was closed, the only sad part, other than leaving but it is October, although very hot out, nice a cool inside. The host's thought of everything. Such a great space for family and fun. We highly recommend this rental and enjoy!

Property was very nice; some renovations going on but we were able to spread out and each have a private area to get some space. The pool was clean and nice and so was the hot tub! Upstairs was a bit hot, but the fans provided do help. Beds are comfortable. Lots of nice amenities included like a fully stocked kitchen. Game room was a fun addition, I wish we’d used it more! A unique property in a quiet and safe area.

Great set up for 6 adults! We weren’t far from anything (within 10-15 minutes). Owner very responsive from pre check-in to after we checked out! Definitely a spot to remember for any return visits!

70s theme, layout and decor were nicely curated. Large kitchen- easy to find things and space to move around. Game room was fun. Pool and hot tub were well-maintained and nice. Only downside was age of the home.

The star was the hot tub! Keeping in mind that the property is going through renovation, it provided everything we needed.

We had a great time and hot tub was amazing. Everything was clean tho there was a bunch of ladybugs. They weren’t a bother just something to know before going. Would return

The property was just as I remembered. Some nice updates, but some of the flooring wasn’t done. It felt like staying in a renovation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here, everything about the place was great and it was a good time overall. I highly recommend this home for groups.
