Stayed Jan 9, 2026No blinds in the house. People were inside the home while we were gone. Someone took the 200 vase of flowers I got my girlfriend for our anniversary the first day we got there while we were gone. There was also lights flashing through our windows while we were sleeping. Finally on the last night the pool and hot tub pump broke and pumped all the water out into the garage floor. Would not recommend anyone staying here.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025House was as advertised. Lots of space, comfortable, and well equipped. Enjoyed the hot tub every night and you cannot beat the view & location. Had a few questions throughout our stay and was able to get quick answers.Absolutely would rent again.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Location and pool were highlights, we had a problem with a leak on the 2nd floor that nearly resulted in a fall on the 1st floor. The realtor requested access to the property on 2 occasions but never showed up or called to reschedule. There was also considerable mold on the ceiling of the 2nd floor.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025We had 6 families/parents of Creighton Univesity Baseball players who stayed here while in town to play the College of Charleston. The 700 Ocean Blvd property was perfect for us and allowed us to have some relaxing downtime while not at the ballpark. Overall, it is a great property and an outstanding location!
