70 steps to surf! A+ location! A+ Patio! A+ parking!

Very pleased, quiet area, close to beach and other attractions was the biggest plus.

The home was perfect for our family while we were attending SDSU graduation. We were able to come back after ceremonies and relax in the yard area with the fire pit. Communication with Sharon was excellent. We look forward to staying again when our next SDSU Graduates in 2027!

The accommodations were perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach, spaciousness of the home, and wonderful backyard made for an amazing vacation. Our 6-year old grandson said, I'm going to miss this place the most! over the Zoo and Sea World (especially his bunkbed with his own tv!). Thank you for sharing with us - we certainly hope to be back.

We loved this property, it’s exactly as advertised! It’s in the perfect location just steps away from the beach and the outdoor space is really enjoyable. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness of the floors. We had a crawling age kiddo and the floors turned his legs and feet black, as well as ours from walking on it. The floor felt grimy to walk on. Aside from that, it was excellent!

We had a great stay! Location was amazing! The home is as described and seen in the photos. We loved the patio in the morning for coffee and again at night with the bonfire. We would definitely stay again if we return to San Diego.

We loved the place. Super convenient to everything we wanted to do. Clean. Nice touches like the firepit on the patio. Beach toys if it had been beach weather.

I love this little beach house. We have stayed there the last 2 summers for a week. It steps away from the beach and close to Belmont Park. I love that the family could come and go as we pleased because it was so close to things- sometimes doing things together and sometimes apart. We had a fun and relaxing time. I was hoping to book again this summer but it looks to be blocked with grey. Maybe next time.

Location could not be better. Nice outside patio to relax after the day at the beach or bay. Walking distance to many places.

My parents, husband, and I loved our stay during our 3-day vacation in San Diego- the location was excellent and steps away from the beach. You can hear the waves sitting in their beautiful patio and it's very calming. There are a few amazing local stores, cafes, and restaurants around within walking distance which is convenient! We luckily got to meet our host Sharon when we checked in. She promptly responded to our questions and made sure everything was in place at our rental. The rental place is compact and had minor wear and tear but it wasn't a deal breaker for us because it was homely and worked for us. Highly recommend them!

Cleaners come early while you are packing up. Owner visited. Perfect location and outdoor space was great.

This beach house is really in the middle of it all, yet it has a quiet, laid back vibe. It’s just steps to the beach and a very short walk to Belmont Park, They thought of everything and had beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and sand toys to use during the stay. The washer/dryer combo was incredibly convenient for wet swimsuits. The whole stay was a wonderful way to begin our summer break. We will most definitely be back!

We had a great time gathering on the patio with a fireplace that warmed our hearts and our bodies. The property manager was so nice. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. A short walk to the beach!

We stayed here for four nights in May 2024 and were very very pleased with the location, amenities, accessibility, and comfort of this beach house. It is a very short walk to the Mission Beach (we didn't even wear shoes some of the time) and a close walk to a market, a few restaurants, and Mission Bay. It is close to highway 8 so getting to other San Diego spots like the zoo and Balboa Park is quick. We had a minivan and it fit well in the spot provided. PLENTY of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, and towels are provided. Sharon was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. My kids loved the bunk beds. Some areas of the house are showing some normal wear and tear, but nothing more than expected and all the appliances worked great. Linens, paper goods, and kitchen supplies were provided. It was very comfortable for our family of five, and again, the location is hard to beat. Book it, you won't regret it.
