Primary renter must be 25+ years old
Dogs must be under 50lb, and be crated when left alone at the property
Rental agreement required to be signed within 48 hours of booking

Security: For safety, an exterior camera is located at the front of the property and records when movement is detected.
Parking: Located in front of our lodge with room for up to 6 vehicles

Accessibility: There are 5 stairs to enter the property. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with the kitchen, living room, dining room and office are located on the main floor. 4 additional bedrooms and 4 bathrooms along with the game room and private hot tub are located down a flight of stairs.
