7 minute walk to beach, sleeps 12, great for families!

The house was extremely spacious and well laid out. We were 2 seniors and 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren. The host had it extremely well stocked with everything you could think of. First time in Brigantine and a little too quiet and suburban for us. Beach lovely!

A beautiful house, 2 blocks from the beach, plenty of parking. A great house to house one family or 4! Plenty of space!! Owners are very gracious about allowing use of beach supplies (chairs, canopies, shoveled, and cart to push everything to and from) If you don’t believe me, take it from my 5 year old “daddy, can we stay at the same house next year, but for even longer, I like this house?”

Everything was as advertised. The property is well appointed and the owners have thought of everything that one would need to enjoy their stay. House was clean and spacious, allowing for three levels of living. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to another summer at this property.

The home was outstanding in every way. Spacious, clean, & very well equipped. Easy beach access & everything you need for a wonderful day. Our family was three generations and everyone had a great time! Sabrina, our host, was responsive & helpful.

Perfectly located, short walk to the beach. Everything you could think of necessary for a beach day was available. Games for kids of all ages.

The house was exactly how it was described. It is very big and spacious which accommodated are group of 12. It's extremely clean and well organized. Sabrina is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Immediate response to my questions and extremely accommodating to our requests. We are definitely booking this place next year for our yearly outing. NH

Great vacation home close to the beach with al the amenities you could need!

We were 3 generations together for two weeks in a house that provided a wonderful setting. The great room was large and accommodating with a very well supplied kitchen. The large dining table had enough seating for our group of 12 plus highchair. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels, an amazing utility cart for the beach and more than enough beach chairs and toys. No matter what time of day, one of balconies or porch provided shade . We went to the beach everyday and were happy to have the CabanaCool tent for our use. The walk to the beach wasn't too long and we were only one block off from a lifeguard station. Our young grandchildren loved sleeping in the room with all the bunk beds, and the bedrooms for the adults were comfortable. Brigantine had plenty to offer with the restaurants, Acme, and ice cream parlors. We would go back in a heatbeat.

The property was generally well appointed and situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The easy walk to the beach and beach amenities provided were terrific.

We booked this property for a low-key beach bachelorette weekend. The house was the perfect size and layout for a large group. Sabrina was very responsive and always got back to me super fast. The best part was the awesome beach buggy filled with all the beach essentials to easily fill and push all your beach gear down to the beach! It is only a few minutes to down to and quick enough to walk back to the house if you forget anything or to use the bathroom. The only thing I wish I knew in advance was to bring extra garbage bags and paper towels. I'd definitely stay here again!
