7 Min to Ark! Quiet Escape!

It was close to the sites we visited. Overall nice place to stay.

Bed was very comfortable, and property had all amenities there. It felt like my own home.

The house was wonderful! Everything was provided as promised. We were close to the Ark Experience as stated. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly. I would definitely highly recommend this property!

This property is wonderful. It was close to places to eat and to the Ark. It was very clean and located in an easy to find quiet neighborhood. The owner had left a snack basket on the table and was very quick to respond to messages. The only downside is there is only one bathroom and that made it a little difficult trying to get everyone (6 of us) ready and out the door.

Stayed here for the week with my family to go to the ark and creation museum. Plenty of beds and space for the kids and very close to the ark. Quiet neighborhood!!

Highly recommend! Super close to the Ark, Cute and Clean, host immediately answers questions and provides great directions for entry and property questions. Mattresses were incredibly comfortable and neighborhood was quiet so an awesome place to relax after a long day exploring at the Ark!

Our host Peter was attentive. Except for 1 step onto the deck from the private driveway, all accessible rooms are 1 floor. The property was clean and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and appliances are newer. Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer off the kitchen. Large screen TV in both the living room and master bedroom. All bedrooms have blackout drapes. Plenty of towels and linens. Located in a quiet family neighborhood and yet minutes from I-75 and the Ark Encounter. It's about 45 minutes from the Creation Musuem or Newport Aquarium. Well worth the travel time to have a home environment to jump start your day, and to relax in after a day's adventure!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this one I was very disappointed in. I chose this house because of 10/10 ratings. It was far from clean. We left a day early. So I suggested that the owner take advantage of the extra time and do deep cleaning. He didn’t seem too concerned. He said I should have let him know and he would have sent someone to fix it. But I am on vacation I don’t want someone in my space. And the neighborhood has houses packed on top of each other so it is far from quiet escape. This house was a cheap quick flip. No thought and care put into it. No blinds for privacy. Some of the windows have solid curtains but not all windows. The front door is really hard to open. There are several safety hazards (rugs slide very easy, step on to porch is 9 inches not to code, bush by rode blocks view backing out and I could keep going.) And the outside of house needs to be pressure washed See photos I wish I could have uploaded more. So to say the least we were very disappointed. The only thing that was correct is it is close to the Ark.

We ran into a few snags, but the owner was very easy to get a hold of and took care of all of the issues quickly. The location is very close to the Ark Encounter.

Pros: close to the Arc Encounter and the Creation Museum. It was also very quiet. Owner very responsive. Cons: House had an old smoking residence smell. Pics made accommodations seem much larger. No easy access to backyard patio. No toilet paper! Had to go find a place to buy it.

Great location for The Ark Encounter. Quiet residential street. Address well identified. Well stocked kitchen. Great beds/linens. Attentive owner with excellent communication. Easy check in.

Great house with lots of room for our family.

Everything was good. We appreciated the snacks on the table! The only negative was the garbage cans right outside the door. One smelled pretty bad without even opening it. It must have had some rotten garbage in it. Otherwise, we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

Renter was excellent and took care of our needs. House was clean.

Found cute Park less than a mile from house. Perfect for kids. Great play ground with lots of shade. House met all our needs and we felt at home.

The property worked great for our plans. Ended up spending several days at the Ark experience. Also enjoyed the town. Would recommend to anyone to use.

House was comfy and stayed cool even in the heat. My favorite was actually the softness of the comforters. I want to find some just like them! Our family enjoyed our stay!

It was a nice alternative to a hotel. Neighbor was friendly and it was in close proximity to area attractions. We went to a production by Stage Right Theatre Company and spent a day at The Ark Encounter. Both were high quality events, that I would recommend.

We only stayed one night, but the house was equipped with everything you would need for longer. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean.

Our family enjoyed this little home base during our trip to visit the Ark and Creation Museum. The kitchen was cozy and well equipped and the beds so clean and comfortable! Baby gear (pack n play, high chair) available. We appreciated the few games in the closet.

Our family of five spent 3 nights here while visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Hosts were wonderful, space was exactly as needed. The only suggestion I would make is to turn the heat down a bit at night, because while the memory foam mattresses are super comfy, they do run hot.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 on our trip to the Ark! Very clean, well-stocked, comfortable beds and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was great for preparing meals easily and having laundry available was nice. Definitely recommend!!

Property was in the perfect area to visit the ARK and surrounding areas. Host was excellent with communication and making sure we were comfortable. The house had everything anyone would need for a stay. Host also had extra supplies if needed. I would stay again and I recommend this rental.

This place had to be the cleanest and perfect spot for a vacation home. Super easy check in and very friendly host. The pack n play was super handy for the baby and bunkbeds perfect for the kids. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Will defienlty rent again if we visit again

The reason we picked this property was the proximity to the Ark. The house was just as described. It worked perfect for our family. I brought my daughter and three grandchildren on this trip. The bunk beds were perfect for the children. The house also had a pack-n-play for the baby, which we didn’t use but it was nice knowing it was available. The house was clean upon arrival and had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The host even left us a basket with snacks which was so kind. Since we arrived later than we thought this was great for the children and us until we could get to the store. We would definitely stay here again!

This has probably been one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. They were well stocked in towels, washcloths, even paper supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper. The comfort of the guest was in the planning of this rental. This was my first time staying in a residential area vs vacation only. At first the houses in the area looked a little sketchy. But the location of the property was quiet and the one neighbor encountered was very pleasant. Overall, the property was comfortable and a great place to unwind after a long day. The owner quickly answered all of my questions.

We stayed here due to it's proximity to the Ark Encounter. The house has a great fenced in back yard and the yard was well maintained. The house is really clean! There were plenty of large bath towels and the beds were super comfortable and the sheets/comforters/pillows all were exceptionally clean (which I appreciate)!! The house is really close to a Dollar General which is great for last minute snacks and food items. The house was well stocked with trash bags/toilet paper. The neighborhood is peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay!
