Stayed May 23, 2026Clean, comfortable, plenty of room for our two families. They’ve thought of everything. Great location next to the White River. Perfect if you plan to paddle or float … or just hang out. A short, half-hour-ish commute to all that Indianapolis has to offer. We came for the Indy 500, and appreciated this quiet getaway after a long day at the track. Will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you, Brian and team!

Stayed Jul 14, 2025We came into town for a softball tat Grand Park. The location was perfect for our family and plenty of room for our large RV and cars. Check in was easy and Brian was very responsive to our initial questions. The house was very clean and everything was as shown online. Complimentary s’mores kits were a big hit for the girls.

Stayed May 24, 2024Lots of beds. Nicely remodeled older home. Tons of towels, and kitchen has everything you should need. Check in and out was easy. Had some spider webs and earwigs around, but it's really close to the water in the back, so it's understandable. The place next door seems to do some tubing and canoeing down the water, so (on Saturday at least) a lot of cars park in the front yard without warning, which seemed odd, but they made sure the driveway was not blocked or anything. Overall a nice stay.
