I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed. Great for extended family coming together in one place. We liked the garage fridge and were able to use some of the pool toys. The AC worked very well and was very responsive. There was an issue with the hot water heater when we arrived which we were not able to get immediate assistance for, but thankfully we were able to reset it. There were also small ants in the kitchen.

Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate and the house was comfortably furnished. The location was great and checking in and out was easy. Had a problem with the hot water heater and the problem was resolved very quickly. We would stay there again.

The last two beach days were wonderful! A minor downside was that the dryer was very inefficient and some of the furniture could be upgraded.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th year staying at 7 Massachusetts and as always it was the perfect week. The house has more than enough room for the 10 people we have and comes stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the public beach so it’s not crowded but close enough to walk into town. We love all of the memories we have made here over the years and can’t wait until next year! The rental company is always very responsive to any issues that have come up during our stays.
