Super great location, great place to stay. I’ve come to VA Beach many times but this is the first time I went with a group of friends, we stayed here and it was amazing! Great location, right next to the fair, a block away from the beach, it had so many rooms and each one with a bathroom, it was great! Tracey was super nice too and was quick to respond with any questions we had. There’s a 7-11 right across the street which made it easy to get ice for our coolers and water!

We had a fantastic weekend stay for my son’s college graduation! The elevator was a life saver for my elderly parents and in-laws. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Only thing is beach noise from the surrounding businesses is loud until midnight but did not bother us at all and is to be somewhat expected given the excellent location.

Wow Tracey took such good care of us! The place was lovely and I've never had a more responsive host. Would definitely come back here or recommend to others. It's right off Pacific, so we walked everywhere the whole weekend, but it was peaceful and quiet in the house. Perfect!

I’ve stayed at Virginia Beach many times and this place has been the best one I’ve stayed at. We had a blast and we were in walking distance to everything. The host was best of the best and very on top of everything. We have no complaints and will definitely be back. Also the shuffleboard was addicting and the balcony view is unmatched!

The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked in for 4 nights out of the 7. Beach is accessible and the chairs and the cart to haul all of our stuff to the beach. Great stay.

Beautiful house in Virginia Beach. Very clean and spacious. Close to boardwalk and tons of restaurants. House was equipped with everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything stated about the property description, including all provisions is TRUE! Tracey and her husband were great and quick to respond to our concerns. The house is very clean and comfortable! The walk/bike ride to the beach was super quick. The location was great for driving to do indoor activities. My girls loved the privacy of tanning on the roof top! The elevator is awesome for luggage and groceries! Our only negatives, that is not the owner's fault, is the homeless folks sleeping by the property and the amount of sirens we heard all week throughout the night. Other than that, we still enjoyed our 5-night stay very much!!! It's a great house!!!

Friends and I had a great stay at this property. It was completely as advertised. Lots of room to spread out, and close to the beach and boardwalk. Communication was great, and everything was top notch. Would highly recommend this property!

The location was amazing! The owners were very responsive and I enjoyed my time there. The rental was clean and we ran into no issues. So close to the beach, it was nice! Simple and easy! The elevator was perfect for my mom who uses a cane to get around. It was everything that we needed.

I rented this house to host a friend’s reunion. The location was perfect and the condo is well maintained and furnished. Beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The rooftop is perfect for lounging or hanging out. The owner is very responsive to questions.
