7 BEDROOM OCEAN VIEW PARADISE

The outdoor area was my favorite, all cooking and eating supplies was good, they stated the had kuerig coffee makers but did not the 4 upstairs bedrooms and areas were beautiful, the downstairs 3 bedrooms were just okay.

Everything was great. It is exactly as portrayed in the photos.

I want to start by saying the rental home is absolutely beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. It looks just like the photos, and our first few days were great.However, several issues came up that impacted our stay. Toward the end of the trip, the spa heater and spa jets stopped working. We contacted the host and a technician was sent, but only the pool heater was turned on—the spa issues were not fixed. After our stay, we were told the spa needed a part and wouldn’t be repaired during our visit. Communication throughout was unclear.The dishwasher also broke near the end of our stay. A technician came but only stopped the beeping; it remained unusable.We requested a partial refund due to the loss of key amenities. The host referred us to the listing, which says: “During winter months heated pool to 86 degrees and spa to 100 degrees.” This is unclear and does not explicitly state the heater cannot be used in other months. The in-home booklet on kitchen counter also didn’t mention this limitation. Since the pool heater worked earlier in the week, this was confusing and frustrating.Additionally, only a small amount of toilet paper & paper towels was provided (about two days’ worth).While we had a good vacation and the home is lovely, we booked it for the outdoor amenities and were disappointed not to use them fully. The lack of any consideration offered or even a good I'm sorry from management made it worse. I recommend clarifying all amenity details before booking.

Great location. House and pool are perfect for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone.

This is the 5th different house we have booked in Marathon and by far our favorite. Super easy check in and check out and the cleanest house we have rented. This house has every possible utensil, etc….so may features and options. Pool and hot tub were immaculate and worked perfectly. The location is excellent…1 mile walk to Sombrero Beach and 1 mile to Surf Styoe, Publix and more. We have had our share of houses with broken appliances, pools, hot tubs… none of that to deal with at this house.

Wow, what a fabulous place! My family of 10 enjoyed every minute of it? We will be back…

Overall, the place was outstanding. We had some cool weather but the heater on the pool and hottub worked great. 16 of us enjoyed our week.

We had a fabulous time! The views were spectacular the amenities were perfect for our active group!! This included fishing on the pier and using the kayaks and the pool and hot tub. We loved the convenience of the outdoor kitchen and grilling area. All the rooms were spacious and comfy. Our family group had such a great time! So many great amenities-pool table, corn hole, ice makers for the drink coolers by the pool, large cooking pots and pans for big groups. Full bathroom right near the pool for easy convenient showering. The views from each deck spectacular we could listen to music by the pool with the sound system. Great large group gathering house can’t wait to come again. Beds were comfortable bathrooms spacious! House was super clean very convenient to the beach, but also didn’t need to leave the house if you didn’t want too!! Host had quick responses to any questions we had. Very user friendly home with lots of appliances choices.multiple coffee makers etc.

Yes all kitchens were stocked. The house was perfect for our group we had 14. Would so recommend staying at this again

Beautiful home as pictured with so many amenities. We had a fabulous experience. The only element that would be helpful to renters would be a one page orientation guide to the home including instructions for the jacuzzi, grill, alarm system etc. Kitchen vent not working as well but a minor detail.

Light bulbs out in several lamps Downstairs bar outdoor tv not workable bc did not have remote and concierge said would order but would not be during our stay when arrives No check in instructions aside of codes and wifi( have had to ask daily how to heat spa, turn on grill and burners on outside kitchen No starter pack when arrived so had to immediately go out and buy dish detergent, and so on Big eye on main kitchen stove did not work Fridge was dead when got their so ordered new one but did not come until day before our last day out of 8 days and our food went bad and had to be thrown out bc did not know Upstairs toilet in master did not work when arrived and did not fill w water Had to communicate w concierge every day and was rude, pool guy, fridge tech multiple days, plumber all while there each day We asked that no more techs come to house rest of week and were told could not accommodate Hand Soap in house filled w water. at house before and was wonderful but will not be returning due to property management Hand soap in house filled w water We absolutely love this house and the owner/hiost and have stayed before but due to current property management and experience w them communicating and issues with house that all could have been handled if inspection done properly prior to arrival we will not be back. Compensation would be nice but prior an I am sorry we apologize for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Only reason not returning/ house great

on the whole, it was an amazing place! There was an issue with lots of seaweed in the canal and added smell but once you were outside for a few minutes, I no longer noticed it. Talking to neighbors who go every year, this was the first time they've had the issue with the seaweed being so bad. The outside space with the kitchen and pool was absolutely incredible! Even with the seaweed being there, I can't say enough good things about it. 9.5 out of 10. No seaweed and would be 10/10.

Beautiful home but items we wanted were not available. No griddle for pancakes. Kitchen was disorganized. Fan and light over stove was broken. The alarm system went off during the night and we had difficulty turning it off. All that being said, it is a lovely home, beautiful pool, and nice layout.

Our group was SO impressed with how beautifully the house was decorated! And everything we needed was there, in all three kitchen areas! We appreciated the beach chairs and the pool toys!We have never stayed at a house that was so user friendly!

Amazing house and location…beautiful decor inside and out… all the amenities provided! Just bring your bags!

The property was as advertised and was great for our large group of 7 couples. There are five bedrooms with attached baths, however two bedrooms in the mother in law suite have a shared bath with the 7th full bath being off the pool area. But this did not detract at all from our wonderful stay. The pool and outdoor kitchen were amazing. The house is well equipped for any meals you would want to prepare. Our only nitpick would be the sharpness of the knives, bringing a quality knife sharpener will be on our list for our next trip. A couple of the bedrooms on the upper floor could use some mattress updating as well. Again, these are small nitpicks and the house is truly amazingly set up for a great vacation home. You do have the deal with the odor from the canal which is pretty bad at times. All in all, we will consider this house for future trips and we highly recommend.

Fantastic property, we spent most of our time outside at the pool, outdoor bar, pool table and dock. Lots of fish caught off the pier, perfect for kids trying out fishing for the first time. Kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything you would need. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Property was well maintained and perfectly clean. We would absolutely book again, thank you!

Fantastic property!! Top of the line layout, finishes and decor! The pool space and outside bar area is where we lived. Everything was very well thought out on this property! We will go back

We had a great time, 6 adults, 4 children (4 to 12) and a newborn. Perfect house for our family with a dining room table big enough for all of us, and a well equipped kitchen to cook our traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone enjoyed the pool, spa, kayaks, pool table and the Sombrero beach close to us (2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk). We will return.

This home is perfect for a large family or friends getaway. The home was immaculate upon arriving.
