Took us a while to get a response from the owner…yet he did try to get the electric on asap… House is very outdated , was not very clean, there where no real cooking utensils, games where all missing parts, and we where without power from 2-5:45pm it was very hot took a whole day to cool. Property was not maintenances at all grass over grown. The fridge kept shocking everyone after it started working finally. The stove top only had 2 working burners. The centipedes where horrible in the house killed at least 4. There was a lot of broken bricks and tiles in the ground few people fell a few times on the property cause of it. Pool table was missing a few balls. There are holes in doors some of the doors didn’t close and open properly. Owner really needs to take time out and work on the property before renting again.
