7 Bed/4.5 Bath, 3 1/2 blocks to beach - Great location

Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The rooms were as advertised and we had no problems getting settled. The host was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. Would definitely stay here again!

I wanted to give this stay 5 stars but there were too many things that added up to prevent us from giving this rating.First the good:The house is in an awesome location within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. There was a small playground and pickle ball courts right nearby as well which was an unexpected surprise. The parking situation worked for the 4 cars we arrived with and the 2 parking passes were also a nice surprise. If you are looking for a convenient place that will accommodate a large group, this property definitely works. The house provides all the beach stuff you need (this wasn't clear in the listing either) - it would have been nice to leave all our stuff at home.The less than ideal: For me to give 5 stars, I don't need every single thing to be perfect at the property. And I would have given 5 if we had only stayed for a weekend, but like I said, things started to add up. The listing didn't say anything about no linens being provided and we were only notified a week before our stay. The beds were very hard. One of the beds was a sleeper sofa which wasn't clear to me when we booked. The dryer was obnoxiously loud and is right next to the kitchen, which added to the chaos! The toilet paper holder was broken in one bathroom and the shower curtain was in clear need of replacing in another. There wasn't any handsoap either.I think with a few minor tweaks and this place could easily get 5 stars every time.

Lovely home in a great location near our favorite beach.

Great property even with full house! As an RN I appreciated the cleanliness of this home. There are lot's of places individuals could go to get some private time! The baby bunnies, squirrels, and Cardinals were a bonus! Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Kitchen well appointed.Large meals easy to prepare and serve on large dining room table. Beds very comfortable. Even the pillows are comfortable! Loved the privacy of the outdoor shower. Really appreciated a master bedroom on first floor and beautiful master on second floor. Great to have twin bedrooms on different floors so boys and girls did not annoy each other! Lol! Upper decks were wonderful for morning coffee and just relaxing. Walk to Boardwalk and beach were great. There is a small playground close by for the littles and a walking bridge for all to see lots of turtles! Just beyond that is a basket ball court and a bigger playground. The street the house is on is very quiet and residential. Must mention how great David is to work with! A super super! All in all a 10 out of 10!

My family and I loved staying at David's house. The location is incredible - easily walkable to town and the beach, has plenty of space, and is in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

I traveled with family and friends and we truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was large enough to accommodate our party of 10 plus more, and we were very comfortable and very close to downtown . Some minor updates needed i.e., torn mini blinds, but I would definitely stay here again. David was a pleasure to communicate with.

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities you needed.

The floor plan was perfect for us and our 3 adult children and 7 grandchildren. We grandparents took the master on the ground floor. My daughter played the pregnancy card to claim the 2nd floor master (which was huge and luxurious) with their 2 year old sharing the king bed. My son with the 5 and 8 year olds took the 2nd floor king and 2 twin bedroom with hallway bathroom. The 3rd floor was for then largest and noisiest family ( one 20 year old daughter and 3 active boys ages 4 through 9). The large and open ground floor allowed us to have a dinner and olympics party with my wife's brothers and their adult children (11 more) who were gathered for their own reunion at a different location.There were about 10 beach chairs on site along with cooler etc. To help with the 3 block (15 minute) walk to the beach, I rented a motorized scooter for the week. It comes with parking permit and helmet. It was used to shuttle the driver of the minivan who shuttled the kids and beach chairs to and from the beach everyday, leaving the van at a prime parking location early in the morning. (Weekly rental was $299.) 2 parking passes come with the house for street parking, and 2 cars can park in the driveways.

The house was clean and large enough for our extended family of 12 to stay. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. On rainy days we weren't on top of eachother. The kitchen was well stocked and the house came with beach items as well. Great stay!

Great house for a multi-generational family stay! Lots of space and lots of beach chairs. The walk to the beach was longer blocks than we thought but was worth it!

The house was perfect for my large family’s trip to the beach. The house has plenty of space, very clean, and it’s close to everything! Would highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a large family! Plenty of room and lots of amenities! There were a ton of beach chairs we were able to access as well as other beach items. David was an amazing contact! He was very kind, helpful, and very responsive! Highly recommend working with him!

Great location and very spacious house! Would stay again! Only minor issue was there were no towels & sheets included and this was not included in the listing and was only communicated the date before our stay. Would appreciate earlier notice to plan accordingly as most guests were flying in from out of town.
