Great stay for a family reunion. So much space. Great swing for our granddaughter!!

The property was excellent for our family gathering. The location is situated near many of the outstanding features of Chattanooga. We enjoyed the many activities in the area, from hiking, to ice skating, to visiting tourist attractions. All were nearby and easy to find. Additionally, interaction with the host was always pleasant, as she was extremely helpful and willing to provide information about attractions in the area.

Marcie has a beautiful, comfortable home with all the amenities you could want. Marcie answered our questions in a timely manner.

The property met our needs for everything we needed as far as plenty of rooms and beds. Nice to have two refrigerators. Host was easy to get in touch with and helpful with an hour earlier check in. This takes nothing away from the property, but would be nice to have another full bathroom downstairs in the front room. I’m pretty sure it list as a 4 bathroom but actually is a 3 1/2 bath. However, if ever back in Chattanooga area we would definitely stay at this property again.

Can't really say enough about this property. I hosted a boys golf weekend and we were all blown away at the amount of space, rec rooms, bathrooms, and setting of the home. If you're looking for a place to host a pack of people and not have to worry about space, this is it! Great host, great communications.

Great home for large families.

Great location! Big house with room for our large extended family

The home was a perfect size for our 12 adults and 6 kids. The yard was perfect for the kids to play & explore. All starting necessities provided. Only recommendations would be to consider updating the oven, since it is easily accessible to littles and is especially hot and consider adding a baby gate for the stairs. Thanks for the stay, we had a fantastic time!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay on the mountain! Marci responded quickly & had several good suggestions of things to do. Rock City is close by and was fun for our whole family!

This is a very nice and lovely home. It is older but very nice and clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our family to spread out and the family enjoyed the games and the nice yard. It was very comfortable and relaxing!

We had so much fun together at this place. It was very clean and we were thankful for the well stocked kitchen, with plenty of dishes for our group. It was so nice to have many beds for our group. One family took the large room on the first floor and the rest of us were upstairs. The home is slightly dated, but everything worked and we were comfortable. I would suggest some firmer sofas for the sitting room. Some elderly found it hard to get out of them.

The house was great for our huge extended family to all stay together for a Chattanooga adventure. The rooms were so spacious and there were plenty for the kids to do outside to keep them entertained. We will stay here again when we come back!

We have no complaints! There was so much space and there was even detergent which was awesome for our soccer jerseys. Will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful for our needs!

This property is amzing. The house is extremely large. Lots of places to sleep. We loved the large dining room with lots of chairs so the 12 of us could sit down together. Marcie was a great host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We did not get to enjoy the yard because of the weather but it looked nice.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Everything about it is comfortable, inviting, and perfect for what our team needed. So thankful to be able to stay in Lookout Mtn, GA at such a great place.

Plenty of room for our family of 11. Kids (and adults!) loved the ping pong table, foosball table, and giant tree swing. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Beautiful area. Host was nearby and responded quickly to any questions we had. Check-in and out were simple and easy.

This house in Lookout Mountain is gorgeous and really close to Rock City and Chattanooga. The whole house was clean and had plenty of space for our large group!

The property owner was very helpful and prompt in responses. Property fit our needs very well...14 people. Location was great for what we planned for activities. Enjoyed our stay.

We rented this property as one of two houses for a family reunion and found it to be very clean. This property had more bedrooms than the other one allowing the young ones in our group to stay with us. One of our challenges was having enough bedrooms. While this property had lots of beds, our group had lots of adults who needed separate bedrooms not beds. Additionally, the small children required separate bedrooms. The floor plan would be great for a church group with lots of teenagers who did not mind sharing rooms with others, as some of the rooms could accommodate 7 people. The original part of the house appears to have been built in the early 70s. The kitchen was small and easily got crowded quickly. The double ovens appear to be original as does the dishwasher. They were small but worked fine. There are adequate pots, pans, dishes and silverware for a large group. There were lots of signs and labels inside and outside of the house letting guests know what was and was not allowed. I personally found this a bit off-putting. The owners live across the street. We had lots of communication upon our arrival about parking. The property details on the listing indicate there are a total of 11 parking spots for this property. However, upon arrival, we were told there are 9 spots and the parking spots on the road are sometimes shared with the owners overflow parking requirements. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and being up on Lookout Mountain!
