Stayed Aug 9, 2025Better than expected. Thought the 6 BR/6.5 BA would be cramped but to our surprise.............there was plenty of room! Games to play, charged scooters to ride, nice trail nearby, spa on the deck with a calming sunset. GREAT PLACE to stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This property was the perfect choice for our large group. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare and enjoy all our breakfasts and dinners at the house. Here are some of the highlights we loved: pickleball courts just across the street, walking trails at the edge of the neighborhood, a spacious dining table that comfortably seats 12, and bathrooms in 5 out of the 6 bedrooms. We also enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and TV on the second-floor balcony, as well as the ping-pong and foosball tables in the garage game room. An extra refrigerator in the garage was a convenient bonus, and the quiet, friendly neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. We also took advantage of nearby activities, including visits to Bryce Canyon, Zion, rock climbing, and several beautiful state parks. Highly recommend this property for a large group getaway!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Our large family stayed here for a long Thanksgiving weekend and everything was perfect! The home was well stocked and very comfortable. I felt like everything our group needed was provided for and available for our use and made for stress-free family time. The children and adults all had fun playing in the game space, swimming at the pool and relaxing in the hot tub! Being able to go jogging in the neighborhood was a bonus with the beautifully landscaped paths throughout. This location was perfect! I am so glad we found this home and look forward to gathering here again soon!

Stayed Jan 16, 2024I don't normally leave reviews but this place I felt was definitely worth my time. My family had everything they needed. The beds were SO comfortable and the home was clean and spacious. The private outside hot tub and public pool across the street were so much fun for my family. Happy to give this place a recommendation. Definitely 10 stars if I could give it. To all those involved in hosting us, thank you so much!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Great for families of 11-12. Lots to do on property and great hiking in nearby state and national parks. Close to St George for shopping. Etc Would come back to do more!
