6BR/4BA,South-facing Pool/Spa with Conservation View,BBQ

I had 9 people of which 2 were couples. That made finding a house with more than sleeper sofas a challenge but this house was perfect! Really nice residential location though it takes quite a while to get to the resorts only because of all the traffic lights. Lots of nearby restaurants and groceries. Highly recommend!

There were a few things, minor issues we noticed. The master bathroom upstairs, the toilet makes very strange loud sounds when flushed, the master bedroom downstairs, the bedding smelled like a smokers lounge. The pool wasn’t very clean, as if it hadn’t been cleaned out before we came for our stay.

Over all condition of house was good. We loved how spacious it was. We loved how everyone had their own bathroom, and how there was restroom access from the pool area. Great neighbors, no issues with them. Overall we had a great and wonderful stay. We cleaned as much as we possibly could. We did leave garage on curb, eggs and butter in fridge. But upon arrival, we noticed alot of dust and dirt on the floors. We swept many times. Several cupboard drawer fronts were loose or broken. Pool light didn't work. There is a broken/taped window to the master bedroom. We also notice the screens around the pool were torn. There is alot of green on the bottom of the pool. Found apart of a shingle off the roof in the front yard the day before we departed the property.

Nice place just need the Poole more clean.

Although this property is in a great location, we would choose to not return to this property. The floors were not clean upon our arrival, the couches were stained from previous stays, the pool table in the garage was not in working condition. We had issues with our pool heater at the start and were brushed off by property management that it was due to the cool temperatures. Turns out there was a leak and we only got to use the pool on our last day of stay. We could not use the hot tub at all. The owner did her best to help with property management but the service was still lacking. We understand we stayed during the holidays but we still should’ve received better service. It felt like nothing was checked over after the recent tropical storms. We did the best we could to enjoy our trip but a working pool was our priority as we were staying with children. Hopefully these notes are taken for future people that stay at this location.

PROS: • Easy booking process • Great location CONS: • Home did not appear to be cleaned after last guests vacated • Couches heavily stained & outdated. • Flooring missing between the kitchen and living room. • Missing dishes that we eventually found molded in the dishwasher. • BATHROOMS – THE WORST!!! All of the toilet seats were visibly worn out and changing colors (gray, yellow and off white), so we ended up going to the store to buy cleaning supplies to ensure we were using clean toilets. The showers doors had mold in both masters. One of the bed frames in the downstairs twin bedroom was broken. The towels & sheets needed to be washed. • No broom, dustpan, or mop, so we bought one for our stay. • Windows and the sliding glass door were missing vertical blinds. • Pool area was dreadful. The cushions on the outside lounge chairs were dirty. Cigarette butts were left in the ashtray • Grill was disgustingly dirty. It had mold, grime and what looked like feathers in it. We had no intention of using it anyway, but because it was stated that the grill needed to be cleaned prior to vacating, it was something I definitely needed to mention. (Wish I could post pictures). • Home seemed to get hot until the cooler evening temperatures. It needs 2 units to cool entire home. Overall, I would not recommend this home for a vacation. To the owner - if you are going to rent it out to others, as least make sure it’s something you would want to vacation in.

Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves the house was awesome no complaints!!!

The house is very dirty. Several items in the home are broken. Cabinet drawers falling apart, pool table is really bad. And the pool we were told was clean but was very nasty and untreated. The patio area and grill were both disgusting. It isn’t a well stocked home at all.also everything is outdated and needs to be addressed immediately.

PLEASE PEOPLE READ REVIEWS COUCH STAINS THAT LOOKED LIKE Human Sperm. I wish I could upload the pictures I have. POOL WITH MOLD !!! i was in a rush and trusted the pictures so much that did not read one. UNFORTUNATELY!! Horrible . Disgusting. Come on! I know it is hard to maintain a house after many people coming in and out. But please if you are making money out of it just try to make people want to come back!! And the most depressing thing is that people are renting it. There should be an inspector that goes and check that pool, for real. When we opened the barbecue it was all dirty with aluminium paper and left overs . Towels again disgusting. I was so ashamed to bring my family to that house. And the funny thing is the price is NOT WORTH IT. Nooo We did not even call the owner because it was going to get very bad and in the end no money was going to be refunded. Let’s be honest so we really tried to enjoy our stayed but it was imposible you could not even seat in those Couches.

The house size was perfect for my family. Plenty of space to cook and hang out. Convenient location to shopping and activities, but far enough away for peace and quiet time.
