Absolutely beautiful, spotless, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay on Tybee Island.We visit the island three to four times a year to spend time with our grandchildren, and without hesitation, we will be booking this home again. It will absolutely be our go-to place from now on!

It was five couples and there was plenty space for privacy and togetherness.The location is great and we loved the view.We were lucky enough to catch a nice day of realy nice weather on a,Saturday in January. This allowed us to stroll to the beach. A great added bonus.The house is just as beautiful and just as pictured. The first day we arrived, we started talking about coming back (may even do a family trip and get 58 and 60). Our stay was January 9th-11th and we had a blast. Check-in was smooth and just as described and communicating with the property management was easy. Great memories were made!

Great property for a multi-generational stay! The view is gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone in the common areas, but also ample privacy with all the separate bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Very clean, and a completely smooth check-in and checkout process. We come to Tybee every summer and would definitely stay here again.

The fact that many reviews mentioned an elevator was misleading because when we arrived we found the elevator doors were screwed shut and made the stay very difficult. I felt this was not as adverised and made the stay extremely over priced. The design of the house being 3 stories with 29 steps is not fun. Specifically because the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all on the third floor and all groceries must be carried up two stories. The pool is so small it is useless. It should not be advertised as one...nor should it be advertised as a hot tub because it is a poor example of either. It also was in need of cleaning when we arrived. The property is in a prime location for views of the ocean but I would not rent it again because of the floor plan of the house and no elevator. It was not the experience we paid for.

We rented the house for a 50 th anniversary vacation with our kids and grandkids. It was everything we hoped for. There was plenty of space and the view was awesome. We enjoyed seeing the cargo ships and walking to the beach. We needed to contact them about a couple of minor things and they were quick to respond. The kitchen is well stocked with a griddle, crockpot, and more. The table worked well for meals for the twelve of us. It was a wonderful vacation.

Overall, the rental was very nice. The pool was smaller than we expected from the photo. Everything else was five star.

We all enjoyed the property. All King Beds! Spotless! Location! Everything req. for family dinners. Wonderful, spacious, open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living room. Elevator a big plus for mobility challenges. All in all, a great holiday setting. We are very likely to be back!
