The main house requires stairs to access the entrance. Once inside, an interior staircase connects the first and second floors. The rear deck off the kitchen features a staircase leading down to the backyard and game room. The in-law cottage is a separate structure on the property and is single-level.

Outdoor Area

Fully private outdoor space exclusively for your group. The rear deck off the kitchen features a high top table with seating and a staircase leading down to the backyard. The covered outdoor area includes a dining table seating 8, a hot tub accommodating 4 to 6 guests, 2 hanging egg chairs, and a 6-burner propane grill with infrared griddle. Beyond the dining area you will find a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs and a gazebo seating 6 to 8 guests. An outdoor shower is also available on the property.

Guest Access:

The unit has locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a peaceful area between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Enjoy the salt air off of the marsh, just outside of the sites and attractions of the city. The marsh water is just in your backyard and Tybee Island and its beaches are a short drive. This location is perfect for those looking to explore all that Savannah has to offer; the upbeat downtown and the tranquil islands.



Getting Around:

A car is definitely not required here but might be nice to have for guests who want to frequent areas a little further away from the home. If you decide to bring a car we offer free parking at the home. Our home is a quick 10 minute drive/ride share app from the heart of downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island beach. Ubers/Lyft and other ride share apps are very reasonable for quick rides to the best parts of Savannah. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable or great for bikes. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance of the home.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.



BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

–Pets are not allowed at this property. 

–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available 24/7 to assist you.
