The neighborhood is considered a suburb, bordering the city of Buffalo. Known for its good school district, Amherst attracts a lot of families with younger children. Other Things to Note:

Though cozy and comfortable, the house was built in 1950s and hence shows some signs of aging. You might hear an occasional creaking of floor as you walk on them. Please note that if you are used to big bathrooms, this house might disappoint you. The bathrooms are on the smaller side when compared to newer houses.
