Stayed Feb 12, 2026Before you respond to this review in the obscene way that I have seen you respond to other people’s reviews, I’ll first point out that this group travels often (& stays in a lot of high-quality vacation rentals), so we have a pretty solid benchmark. When 3 days prior to arrival we learned our property was “accidentally double booked”, we were told this home was an “upgrade” and “three times better” than the one we originally booked—which honestly make us wonder what three times worse looks like.At first glance it seems fine—TVs in every room, comfy couches, & a fun backyard. But once you actually settle in, the basics are strangely missing.No extra TP, no paper towels, barely any hand soap, no pool towels. Half the outlets didn’t work, including the kitchen island which contained the microwave & wine cellar. The kitchen setup & cookware were minimal & frustrating. Very few pots & pans—just lots of lids. The internet was glitchy. And parts of the house felt more quick-fix than quality build—just shoddy overall. Then there were last-minute fees that felt tacked on and not very transparent. 100 to rent sports equipment?What’s most disappointing, though, was the pattern in the host’s responses to other guest reviews—defensive & rude rather than solution-oriented or understanding in any way. Not confidence-inspiring for us renters.Overall, it’s a lot of surface-level flash and not much function. Cover the basics first, then go ahead & try to shame us/call it an upgrade.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024The neighbors are really close. One of the backyard neighbours has set up high powered spot lights that send piercing beams of light into the windows and backyard. Neighbours have set up signs that say, no tresspassing and No VRBO parking. The owner provided the wrong door code so we could not gain access upon arrival. Owner will provide you with a welcome email that essentially says if you make noise outside, after 10pm, you will be evicted immediately and fined $1500. Owner is aggressive in communications. He has most likely dealt with unhappy visitors to this property.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Unfortunately, the description and condition of this property did not match reality. The home was not clean. The pool was not clean. The home has been bandaid patched for years and shows its wear. I would hope that the owner of this home refunds our payments, as we were not happy at all, and it put a major damper on a weekend that was supposed to be a milestone celebration.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024Hi there! We had a wonderful stay here for my bachelor party. The spot had many beds to sleep in and was clean. There were many activities including a pool, hot tub, volleyball, pool table, etc. Thank you for a great stay!
