66 Heritage Road ~ Beautiful Home with Views of Harbour Town Golf Course!

After traveling 10 hours, we were unable to get into the property because the door lock was not working. We told the children they could go swimming while we waited for property management company. We were horrified when we went into the backyard. The pool was so green with algae you could not see the steps or bottom of the pool. We could not use the pool until Wednesday afternoon. The front door was so swollen that the door would never close properly. The dishwasher door would not close properly and the master bath toilet kept running. The temperature in the master bedroom was 76 degrees and the children’s room was freezing. Sliding doors to porch would not slide cleanly. Dishwasher was repaired on Tuesday and maintenance did what they could with the sliding door. Nothing was provided by the property management company to make amends for so many issues. Certainly not what I expected for the amount we paid for a week. We have been to Sea Pines with other rental companies several times and we never had so many issues.

Love the house we stayed in. It's very spacious with an open floor plan, updated kitchen and bathrooms and best of all was the screened in porch overlooking thr pool and lagoon. There was plenty of room for my family (6 adults and 3 kids). I was worried about the safety of the pool with toddlers but the doors on the screened in porch lock. The neighborhood was beautiful. Bikes are a necessity to go to the beach because parking at Sea Pines Beach Club is very limited.

Most everything was smooth and efficient with regards to our stay. One disappointing aspect was the amount of debris outside from the tropical storm the week before. The driveway was still covered as well as the pool area. We actually had to get the leaf blower out on Sunday to blow off the back porch area around the pool.

Our family traveled to Hilton Head to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives in Savannah. What a great house for a family gathering. You can’t beat bike rides on the beach, golf and great food for Thanksgiving.

The property was beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. That was important because we ate most of our meals in. The pool was lovely, with plenty of noodles to float on. The only issue we had was trying to park at the Sea Pines Beach Resort to go to the beach. Both times we tried, we were told we had to be one of the first 50 cars in the parking lot in order to park there. We ended up parking off site and taking the trolley. Otherwise, we had a fantastic and relaxing week! Thank you!

This house was as beautiful as the pictures showed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to have several people working around the island or just socializing. House was immaculate and the screened porch and view a favourite! The only reason for not a 5 star review would be that the bathrooms in king bedrooms definitely need updating but otherwise a lovely place to spend a vacation. Also any questions or concerns we had were quickly answered to our complete satisfaction.
