Everything was great, especially the communication and setup of the house and location was great too. Highly recommend.

Scott, our host, returned e mails quickly and was very helpful.The kitchen had enough of everything for a large crowd. The bedrooms were cozy and colorful and the bathrooms were spacious. The hot tub was clean and the playroom gigantic!We used the poker room a lot and we loved it.Overall, we all had a great time at a great house!!Ed Healy

Great house, perfect for a group of friends, including kids. House was very clean and matched the online photos, communication with the host was easy and he was very responsive. Well located near stores as well as some really nice hikes a playground for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our large family gathering. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were updated, there was so much space for people to gather whether it was the living room, game room, media room or what I called the speak easy.Throughout the booking process and during our stay, our host, Scott, was super responsive whenever we had a question.

Outside appearance the owner will tell you has a lot to be desired, however when you enter totally different All the rooms especially the common areas are spacious are well furnished. All the 9 bedrooms are tastefully decorated clean and modern. Definitely meant for larger families with children or for various occasions to accommodate up to 18- 20 people.The outside, 2 deck area is great .The pool was not available during our stay in Mid Sept.There is a Hot Tub which we could not figure out how to increase the heat so, I would recommend having that explained since there are no directions in the house rules.Also the backyard is not meant to play on for kids quite rustic, and not kept well, but there is a fire pit.

The property was very spacious and comfortable, backyard and pool were great, and the game room was next level! There were some nice touches including a luggage rack in each room, as well as special towels for make-up removal. We would recommend staying here!

It was spacious-different areas in the house so you never felt like you were on top of another--unless you wanted to. Spacious eating area and game room! Plentiful kitchen ware. The hot tub and pool made the house even more special. The interior of the house was colorful and the furniture and beds so comfortable!

Our family of 4 generations had a wonderful stay. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was huge and super stocked. The home was wonderful. It was also conveniently located. The host Scott made sure we had everything we needed. We would certainly visit again. Don’t forget to bring pool towels as those were not included.

This house looks small from outside. But its actually pretty big house. Our kids had so much fun including us. I wish there was a bigger backyard for the kids to play.But the kids loved the pool. I definitly recommend this house.

Big place for family (20 a dog). We hiked,biked, and tooked a train ride. We went to Jim Thorpe town.

Had my bachelor party here and had a great time! The only note I'd have is that it's worth noting that they take the outdoor quiet hours seriously, so if you want to be in the hot tub until midnight, etc. you likely won't be able to. We didn't have much of an issue because we just moved inside to the game room, but could be an issue for rowdier groups!

Stayed here with 25 ppl from ages 78 to infant. House is spacious and clean. Huge game room. We all had a good time.

Home size was nice. Multi bedrooms and multiple gathering rooms as well. Dining room fit 11 people at the table. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Game room needs some TLC.

The house was great, All NINE bedrooms were very large & comfortable. plenty of towels. game room and secret card room were fun for the kids and adults. hot tub was in working order & so were all appliances and heat & hot water were excellent. The only one thing that was a little tricky was lots of ice around the property - so not easy coming & going with my elderly parents or getting the kids into the hot tub - but the Ice covered everyone’s property in the entire poconos and the weather was crazy plus they did have ice melt so i’m giving them a pass on this issue. overall we definitely would stay at this property again and the kids said it was the best part about the entire trip! The size of the house was accurate and the game room was spectacular. We really loved the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms had plenty of comfortable beds for large groups. Scott was very responsive during the entire stay. We had an issue upon arrival and he was able to fix the problem without issue. The communication was great!The home could undergo some light repairs, with that said, our stay was not impacted.The rules and strict request to not leave the property or walk in the community was off putting and felt slightly uninviting. Overall, we had a great stay.

From the moment we booked, it was clear this host cared about our experience and it showed. The house layout and attention to detail made our stay nothing short of great. We came out as a company to get away and work on our strategic plan for 2025. What we left with was more than we could have imagined as we had our most successful team outing ever. An absolute successful trip and much credit goes to the host for providing and amazing venue and experience. Well done and thank you!

The Poconos Ranch was a perfect accommodation for our extended family of 15. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy a few days together. The game room was a hit: almost all the entertainment we needed.

Great spot for a group stay! We had a bachelor party of around 20 people. Lots of large bedrooms and bathrooms and the game room and movie theater was AWESOME! Large kitchen for a dinner party! Large driveway for multiple cars. Very close to liquor stores and grocery stores. Scott was very easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay in this huge house! We were 5 families, and it never felt crowded. The house is close to some beautiful hikes and to great wolf lodge, and we took advantage! Scott was very responsive when I had any questions. Very satisfied with our trip!

Nice spacious home great for large families

Loved the feel and style of this House and all the games it had to offer!

We arrived with a few families and many kids as two days of rain set in. The colorful ranch was so spacious and had so much to do in the game room, though, we didn't even mind! The house was clean and well stocked from linens to kitchen supplies. Scott was attentive and available for any quick questions, too. We loved our stay!

We have a big group of friends from grade school and our families (17 total). Game room is monstrous and good for everyone to be together and plenty of games to choose from, which is what the trip is all about. House is big enough to allow quiet on one side so young kids could take a nap, while others played games or watched a movie.
