The house is very clean and nice. The living spaces are well maintained and comfortable and so are the bedrooms. I would recommend this property.The only downsides were that we had trouble getting in contact with the host and we were also not sent the check-in or check-out instructions and had to specifically ask for them upon arrival

The House is quite amazing. Very large rooms with lots of space. You won’t feel like you are on top of one another in this place. Plenty of dining space. Large TV’s in every room. The theater room is awesome of you go for the additional fee. We did have to pay extra for having some extra family members over for a brunch that was an unexpected fee. The host was very helpful with getting the theater room going due to a slight technical issue. All in all a great place for a large group or family.

We had a party of 7 adults and 5 kids and spent a week in the D.C. area. So glad to find a home that could accommodate all of us. Transportation to the city was pretty easy with bus stop near the house and several bus routes servicing that stop. Quick transfer to the Metro and then a short ride to the city. 15 minute walk to a Safeway (or one bus stop). There were a couple of good restaurants within a block, and several within a 15-minute walk. The home was as described. The beds were good. Each family group had their own bathroom. There was lots of space for hanging out together. The rooms are large and the home was quite clean. I found communication with the host challenging, as he was not responding to my messages within 24 hours and didn't respond to some of them. For a home advertised as elegant, I was surprised about thin sheets (definitely not cotton) and no extra blankets or sheets. Christmas decorations were a surprise in March. Also disappointed that the kitchen did not have much cookware--not sufficient to cook for 12. There were no kitchen linens provided (just a small sponge and hot pads) and not enough hand soap, garbage bags, or dishwasher tabs for a large group staying a week As noted by another reviewer, the Keurig desperately needs descaling. We loved the large tub in the primary suite, the king-sized beds, the quiet neighborhood, the multiple bathrooms, and the location. Would stay again, but would come better prepared to cook and clean.

We were in Arlington for a family gathering and funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. This met our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating throughout the house. It was very clean and the bedrooms with 5 full bathrooms was perfect. I will say to expect a very sterile atmosphere. Also, could use some more rugs on the bathroom floors. Ample parking outside for four cars. We did arrive on a Sunday and the big trash cans outside were overflowing. Yuck. Trash pickup didn’t come until Tuesday afternoon.

Plenty of room and clean. Kitchen lacks the amount of pots/pans for a large group. Keurig needs to be descaled. Extra towels and washcloths should be provided as well as blankets. Host was accommodating when renting the theater room. No check out instructions were provided. Overall, it was what we needed for a large group even though the neighbors don’t seem to be very happy about having a VRBO on their street.

The was a beautiful home and very spacious! Everyone loved their time, every amenity needed was there! Special Bonus the Movie Room .......Breathtaking ......

Franck was an exceptional host! Our family truly enjoyed the property—it was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed (and more!) for our large group. We felt safe and at ease throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If our travels bring us back to this area, we will absolutely choose this property again. Highly recommended!

Great stay, very comfortable with lots of space for privacy and entertainment. Close to everything in special a walking park with a garden within a block of the property.

We loved this large, beautiful home in a safe and friendly neighborhood for our private school group of 15. We used public transit from the airport to the house, traveling to the national mall every day to visit smithsonian museums and national monuments. We chose this place because it has so many bathrooms, plenty of space, and it's right next to the bus stop-- and it's gorgeous! It was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and safeway was only a mile away. Our only suggestions for the host are to provide more large group cooking supplies like an instant pot and to provide kitchen towels and dish cloths. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back someday!

Beautiful home with space for a large group. Clean and in a great location. Host was great and quick with communication as well. Wed definitely stay here again!
