Older style home in central location just 650m drive or walk to the main shopping strip, beaches and cafes and only a stones throw to the local Country Club (260m) and Fishermen's Wharf (100m). A perfect getaway for a long weekend or an extended stay offering budget accommodation that suits families or small fishing groups.

Bedroom 1- 1 x Double Bed with wardrobe and dressing table

Bedroom 2 - 2 x sets Bunks plus 1 x single bed with wardrobe

Linen: Doonas, pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath mats. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact the office for details.

Bathroom: Shower over bath with vanity

Toilet: External access via undercover verandah

Lounge Room : Separate carpeted lounge room, 1 x 3 seater & 1 x 2 seater lounge , coffee table, TV

Kitchen/Dining: Combined kitchen and dining room. Kitchen has upright stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. Dining table with 6 chairs.

Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

Laundry: External access from back of house includes washing machine, iron, ironing board

Heating/Cooling: 2 column heaters provided and 1 pedestal fan

Pets: Pets welcome - outside only. Yard fenced - see photos for height and type of fencing. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately.

Parking: Rear lane access via Tuross Lane, off street parking for 3 cars and 2 Boats (with limited access due to gate entrance off laneway). See photos to determine if suitable for your boat.

Outdoor: Front porch with table and occasional chairs and views across Bermagui harbour. Small kettle Bbq is provided.

    Loved the view, very relaxing. Very clean, spent our time on the verandah. Well fenced yard for our dogs, they also loved the verandah.

    Wonderful location opposite Bermagui marina. Sea breezes. Fantastic verandahs. Enormous yard. Dogs allowed and it has a fully fenced yard. Ocean beaches, river, parks, shops all within a stone’s throw. Bermagui locals are wonderfully friendly. The house isn’t modern. But it’s well over 100 years old. And for me that brings a wonderful style. With the location, a bark hut would suffice.

    Squeeze main bedroom, needs the carpet shampooed in there. Outside toilet door meets the toilet seat, no room to step in without getting squashed. Comfy lounge. Squeeze dining room. Sunny front verandah. The view was magic and great position.

    I am very happy with this property. The house may be a little old although extremely comfortable and has everything a family needs to enjoy their stay there. I hope my next stay in Bermagui will be in this property. The staff at the agency are very friendly and helpful.

    My mates and I love this house and come regularly for fishing trips- sure it's older style but suits us fine. View is great and you won't get a better location.
