Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house should not have been rented out. False advertising. Tiles in master bath coming apart, never finished, upstairs bedroom has a a/c rigged from window. Breakers tripping constantly, no a/c for 2 days. Mold on vent in upstairs bath. Nothing resolved! Terrible customer service. Basically told us to leave! Horrible conditions!

Perfect for 8 adults and 2 children(3 and 1.5yrs). Spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the golf car and easy access to the beaches. Host was easily reached when needed and resolved a few issues quickly.( ie; lost internet, one burner on grill did not work and king bed frame broke). Owner sent his handyman and all was fixed with in hours. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would love to go back!

The house was great except for a couple of problems!! The dishwasher didn’t work properly and the tile floor in the master bathroom downstairs was coming up !! The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and had plenty of towels to use !! I recommend this house if they fix the problems!!

The unit offered a 3-row golf cart, perfect for our size family. The management company, My Vacation Haven, was excellent! Great communication throughout the process and easy to get in touch with and along with. Called on day after arrival to check our needs.The home was a big size and well appointed. Bed rooms were a generous size, baths were very nice, and had the nicest toiletry welcome kit for baths and kitchen. There was a storage area equipped with beach supplies for your use. I have taken many beach vacations and stayed at some pricy units with big management companies that would remove my reviews! I will return to My Vacation Haven’s properties and experience their kindness and quality!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the place. Great accomodations and the location with easy access via golf cart to beach was a huge plus. Highly recommend..

This listing was as advertised if not better. I stayed with a group of 6 women. We all had our own space, clean, spacious and relaxing. The beds were really comfortable and reliable AC. The golf cart really made the trip, just a quick ride to the beach and back. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. As other reviews indicated, it is a blank slate. No basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil etc. no left over beach chairs or rafts. So bring what you need.
