There is a TV with Chromecast, internet+, and a stereo system, with both Danish and German channels available. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, two ovens, fridge/freezer,coffee machine, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a pleasure. The house has three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay for all guests. Outside, there are plenty of opportunities for relaxation and socializing. The garden includes a lounge area, open and covered terraces, a grill, and a fireplace, perfect for enjoying time together regardless of the weather. This holiday home is ideal for families or groups who want to combine relaxation with activities—the beach, forests, and the charming town of Tisvildeleje are all nearby. Please note, the house is not rented to youth groups. This holiday home offers the perfect combination of modern comfort, inviting living spaces, and a scenic location, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay with plenty of opportunities for local adventures.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
