With five spacious bedrooms and five baths, there is plenty of room for your next family reunion or gathering of friends. Seven decks take advantage of the multiple views and allow for quiet retreats. Thereis a bold seasonal stream and waterfall running through the property. The outdoor patio with propane fire pit is perfect for evening gatherings. Cedar Lodge is located only three miles from Princeton Hot Springs Resort. Historic St. Elmo is a short drive to the head of Chalk Creek Canyon. Buena Vista, Salida, and the Arkansas River Valley are minutes away. Cedar Lodge is your perfect headquarters for hiking, biking, fishing, off-roading, skiing, snowmobiling, or simply relaxing in a peaceful setting. This property comfortably accommodates 10 persons. A pack-and-play crib is available for infants and toddlers. Crib linens are not included. Other amenities provided include shower and hand soap, make-up cloths, toilet tissue, hair blow-dryers, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and laundry detergent. There is an outdoor propane gas grill. No camping, campfires or smoking are permitted on the premises. Mesh Wi-Fi throughout the house with two flat screens for streaming your favorite movies and shows. Cell phone service is not available at this location except for texting or Wi-Fi calling. The landline telephone is available for emergencies, 800 calls, and local calls. The owners of this property maintain a no-smoking and no-pets indoor and outdoor
policy for guests. A two-night minimum stay is required as well as the non-refundable cleaning fee. Check-in time is 4:00 PM on the day of check-in and 10:00 AM on the day of check-out to allow our cleaning crew sufficient time to prepare the home for guests. Guests are encouraged to contact the hosts if they have questions about the property or need any service or maintenance performed during their stay.
