Stayed Apr 17, 2026The house is very large and plenty of room. There were a few small places that didn't seemed to have gotten cleaned (top of table, and countertops). Obviously that was due to the cleaning people as the Host was out of town. The rear deck is a tad small but it worked the purpose as there were only 5 of us. The BBQ is a charcoal grill and hasn't been used in a long time. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and the fridge was nice and large with plenty of room. The beds are very comfy and with nice linens. The location is perfect as it was a about a 12 minute Uber to Broadway, yet there were plenty of stores/restaurants within a 5 min drive of the house. All and all it worked out for our stay. LaTamara did a great job communicating.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025House was BEAUTIFUL!!! And was everything our family needed. Had minor complaints that did not affect our stay: driveway was steep and curved which made unloading and loading a toddler difficult but doable, and grass was not mowed which wasn’t a big deal for us. Other than that it was a 10/10 experience. Host responded quick as well!!

Stayed Mar 26, 2025There were some small items - toaster and kettle not there which are handy to have, however we made do and the location and space was perfect for us.Our confirmation email from stayz indicated we would receive further information a few days prior. Which we didn’t, however the once contact the host she was amazing and responsive
