6 miles to the ski hills! Cute and Cozy house. Close to boat launch. A Gem!

We would stay here again. It was very clean and new and accommodating. The ceilings are very low so probably not any really tall people should stay here. We like the location, the beds were comfortable, and it was very cozy.

We really enjoyed ourselves! The host thought of everything we might need during our stay! comfy beds, clean and newly renovated. we were centrally located between Mackinaw Island, petosky. Charlevoix. would definitely return

Such a great stay! Peaceful, clean, and quiet. I love that the snow removal was part of the experience, we got a lot of snow while we stayed! Super close to Nubs Nob, made it perfect for skiing. Absolutely loved the fireplace!!

Wonderful experience! The house was very tidy and clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and coffee bar - lovely dishes! Lots of hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms for towels and ski clothes. The fireplace was warm and cozy - also helpful in keeping the ski clothes dry. This beats a hotel any day! We will be back!

The kitchen was well equipped for daily life. The beds were comfortable and the place was cozy and great for an extended stay. The only drawback with being there for work purposes and staying 2 weeks or more at a time is having no laundry on property. Everything else was perfect. Ty

We loved our stay! The property was super cute, clean, and was a really lovely location! The ceilings are really low upstairs, so if you are on the taller side it may not be the most comfortable, but we enjoyed the space and amenities and how easy it was to check in. Definitely recommend!

The property was very clean and it was perfect for our stay for our sons travel basball tournement where we played in Petoskey and Boyne City. Location to the Petoskey State Park was wonderful and we enjoyed several beach days. The only downside was how hot it was upstairs where the bedrooms were. We had very hot weather the days we were there which made the upstairs very difficult for sleeping.

Great location, less than 10 minutes from Petoskey and effectively across the street from Crooked Lake. The house was very clean, completely updated with very nice amenities. Worked great for our Crooked Lake/Petoskey trip this year. Thanks!

Nice, newly renovated, & clean. Great communication from host in advance of arrival. Only concern with the house is that the central AC doesn’t help the upstairs bedrooms much if you happen to catch a summer heatwave during your trip (fans were available in both rooms). Downstairs stays very cool from the AC. Overall nice little house.

Very nice home and Host! The house has a very modern feel that my kids absolutely loved. They also liked the fact there was Disney Plus and Hulu for them to watch! We would definitely stay again.

House was nicely remodeled and suited our needs for a pleasant stay. We loved the proximity and ease to the bike trails for our daily rides. Location was also central to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs as well as several local vineyards. We would definitely consider a return visit if VRBO fees stay as reasonable as they were for us in June

Quiet neighborhood. New appliances. Everything we needed was there! A quick 10 mins to Petosky, an easy drive to Mackinac City, and just across the street from the water. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice clean older house recently updated. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Gary was pleasant and responsive with a couple questions we had. We’ll be adding this property to our list for our annual Zoo de Mack ride!

We had a great time. Everything was clean. And plenty of room for 2 couples. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location for skiing at highlands or nubs Nob. Nice to have 2 bathrooms too.

House was so cute. Perfect size…clean, updated, and very welcoming. The gas flame wood burning stove in the living room was AMAZING!! Less than 10 minutes to Highland’s and Nub’s. And same distance to shops in Petoskey. Host was very quick to respond. Already planning my next visit to Petoskey.

Cute, quirky property; the perfect home base for a long weekend of Boyne skiing! Everything about the house looked and felt brand new, like a boutique hotel. We cooked two dinners in the well-appointed kitchen. A ten minute drive to Nubs and Highlands, even closer to shopping and dining in Petoskey. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely, cozy stay at this cute home. Everything was ready, clean, and worked with easy check-in and check-out. We ended the days with movie nights near the gas-powered stove, and just loved it. It was an easy to find home in a good location for home base! I hope we get to stay here again someday!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was either newly renovated or newly built. It was done well. The kitchen was big. The rest, not so much, but we didnt need big. Probably not the right place for really tall ppeople.

Would’ve been nice to know about the ceiling heights, and that there was no vents upstairs for the heater or anything, but the ceiling heights and the hallway upstairs and the header going up the stairs. The only issues I have.

This modern property was a great location. Convenient to Petoskey State Park and across the street from Crooked Lake. Nice amenities including coffee maker, toiletries and fans in the rooms.

Well, organized, clean stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Great stay, accessible to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. 30 minutes from Mackinaw City. One caveat: both bedrooms are up some steep stairs. Keep that in mind if you have bad knees or accessibility issues. Additionally, low ceilings in the upstairs may prove challenging if you're very tall.
