Stayed Jun 21, 2026We enjoyed our stay at 6 Lynx so much! You can’t beat the location. Easy bike to SHARC or the village. Nice and quiet street. Plenty of space for our group, well stocked kitchen, and great communication with the owners!

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Wonderful place to stay. So close to the Village and SHARQ, very well stocked kitchen, lots of stuff for kids if needed, private hot tub, cozy living room, comfy beds, and a great place for our Sunriver getaway. Would stay here again!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Very well appointed, clean, everything easy. Would definitely stay again. The tiniest nit: the thermostat is in the basement and the A/C isn't supposed to be set below 70, so it can get warm upstairs in hot weather.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Sunriver, and the house was exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean (even as a pet friendly property!), house is conveniently located near the village, and I’ve never seen a rental property that’s so well-stocked with everyday living essentials. Every time I thought “I wonder if the house has xxxxx,” I’d look in a drawer or cabinet and there it would be!The only thing I think it’d be helpful to know as a renter is that the layout is a split level, so if you have a crawling baby you’ll need to barricade the stairs from the living room that go to the front door.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025This is our 2nd time staying at this location and it was perfect for us. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of wood for the fireplace, and is in a great location close to Sunriver Village. We will be back!!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024We had a great trip at 6 Lynx over the New Year. The house was just as described, very well maintained, and had everything we could need. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to find everything we needed. The bunk room was perfect for our teen/tweens. Sarah was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024It worked out great for the kids and grandkids. Really enjoyed the Christmas light show, sleigh ride and Gingerbread house competition.
