| ABOUT THE HOME |
Step into Casa by the C, a quality-built coastal retreat offering over 6,000 square feet of beautifully designed living space just steps from the private beach in Miramar Beach. Located within the gated Maravilla Resort community, this expansive seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home is ideal for large families and group getaways, comfortably accommodating up to 23 guests.
Designed across three spacious levels, Casa by the C delivers the rare luxury of three separate living zones, each with its own kitchen, living room, and dining area — perfect for multi-family trips where both togetherness and privacy matter. Coastal finishes, generous layouts, and modern conveniences create a relaxed yet upscale beach-house atmosphere throughout.
Adding to the home's entertainment appeal, the garage has been thoughtfully converted into a dedicated game room featuring a full-size pool table and 70 Smart TV — a fun, all-weather gathering space perfect for friendly competition, evening hangouts, or keeping teens entertained after a day at the beach.
The first floor welcomes you with two inviting bedrooms, including one Queen bedroom and one King bedroom, along with a full kitchen and living area that opens to outdoor space ideal for easy beach days. The second floor features three elegantly appointed King bedrooms and an additional living area, offering a serene retreat for adult guests. The third floor serves as a versatile and social space, complete with a second living area, sleeper sofa, and two additional bedrooms — one King suite and a fun bunk room with twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunks, perfect for kids or teens.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to Maravilla's large private beach, known for its uncrowded white sands and clear Gulf waters. Seasonal beach service is complimentary in 2026 from March through October, providing an umbrella and two chairs for effortless beach lounging. Additional resort amenities include two swimming pools (one seasonally heated), a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball hoop, clubhouse, picnic and grill area, bike rentals, and the option to arrange evening beach bonfires.
Perfectly situated along Scenic Gulf Drive, Casa by the C is within walking distance to popular local restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's, with grocery stores, shopping centers, and Destin Harbor attractions just a short drive away. Whether your days are spent on the sand, by the pool, enjoying a game of billiards, or exploring the Emerald Coast, Casa by the C offers the space, comfort, and location to make your beach getaway truly unforgettable.
