The house was great and incredibly well-stocked with plenty of towels for bath and beach, a kitchen that gave me major appliance-envy, and plenty of beach toys and chairs for our large group of 7. There were plenty of separate areas of the house to get some space from the chaos of travelling with a pack of young kids (balcony, study, screened porch). And the kids were obsessed with the loft area and were constantly playing in the bedroom with the loft whenever we were at home. Having a nice, quiet bay beach at the end of the road was excellent, and the kids spent hours looking for shells, discovering assorted types of crabs (generally all pretty small ones, no one got so much as a pinch), and splashing around in the water. The host, Sherry, was incredibly responsive to our questions/requests throughout the week and very cool with me moving a couple of lamps or other breakable things to keep them away from the younger kids. Downtown Onset and Onset beach were great for a quick souvenir or ice cream, and there were plenty of local restaurants for a great meal, many of which are on meal delivery apps . Kitchen was well-stocked and having TP/Paper towels/dish soap/sponge and that type of thing was excellent so I didn't have to buy/pack/worry about general paper goods. Really overall impressed with everything and had a great vacation!

Home was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Our only complaint was the trash bins were full like they weren’t taken out prior to our stay.

House was clean and roomy. Loved that the beach stuff was available and the outdoor shower to rise off was great.

Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness & location of this house! We visited multiple beaches, lighhouses & when went up to Salem & Boston for a day. Great trip & already talking about booking again!

Sherry’s place was a great stay for our 4th of July trip. The house is spacious and a great hangout spot. There was more than enough room for 4 adults and 4 kids. There is a small bay side beach within walking distance with plenty of beach gear provided. Short driving distance to many other beaches and towns. Highly recommend!

This was a great house. Just 6 houses from the beach. Quiet and very well kept neighborhood. The hostess was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely stay there again!

After a week in Boston, Sherry’s home was a lovely end to our vacation and a convenient point from which to explore the Cape. The house was pristine, beautifully kept, with newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. The neighbourhood is quiet. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the front porch. A calm and relaxing oasis!

We were all so glad we chose this darling, immaculate cottage for our family’s first Cape Cod vacation. The location was perfectly situated for day trips to different parts of the Cape. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The house had everything we needed and more. We wish we could have stayed longer so we could have made use of the beach equipment, so thoughtfully stocked in a handy outdoor closet. We are already talking about our next Cspe escape! Had a 14 month old with us who loved the bay with the minnows and crabs.

Property was perfect for two couples. Two bathrooms was nice to have. It was very clean.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this adorable beach house. We had 4 adults and 4 children ranging from 1 to 15, and everyone was comfortable and happy with the layout and everything provided. The location was great. We took evening walks down to the water. We brought the kids to the water park 5 mins down the road. This house was so clean, organized, and well stocked. Thank you!!

This nicely decorated, recently remodeled house and location were great. In town for sons' graduation from Mass Maritime. Enjoyed our stay. A few things that could be improved: beds are old and uncomfortable and there was only one small old aluminum fry pan. Otherwise the house was well equipped and relaxing.
