You can’t beat the location. But- The furniture is really uncomfortable.. especially the couch downstairs. It’s like outdoor furniture in the living room. The master bedroom bed is small and so squeaky. Impossible to sleep next to someone. Worst vaca mattress ever. Not enough pillows for the house… and each bed had just one thin blanket.The curtains were nonexistent so the girls always felt uncomfortable changing in almost every room. The kitchen lacks enough of the basics. All fine if it would have been a cheaper place but at almost 1750 a night, we could have afforded a grand hotel on the water. Was expecting better .I hope the owner stays there soon and makes appropriate upgrades. Could be awesome

Wonderful Location! A great layout for families, a bit out dated and the beds were not that comfortable but Loved the porches. Only had a tv in master suite and living room, which ended up being fine. Also hard to sleep in because the windows let in a lot of sun but made it bright and happy. Plenty of room for our 5 adults and 2 kids. A very quick walk to beach and boardwalk activities. 5 minutes.

Pervasive mold smell emanating from the basement especially into the living room. stained bedding. lots of windows but not enough shades or screens Not a single comfortable chair in the whole place! Great location and has such potential. Was disappointing.

Overall, experience was good, as it was the first time renting this property. Parking in the driveway for three cars was great. There was a problem with a clogged shower drain and shower curtains that needed replacing. Washer and dryer were in the basement, that was kind of creepy, and the dryer needed repair. There is an outdoor shower; however, would have been nice if it was enclosed. The place could have used more tvs (only 2 in the entire house) and the Comcast cable channels were limited, i.e., no premium channels or access to many popular kids channels. Overall we had fun. Plenty of room for the whole family. Would recommend the property, despite some of the issues noted in the review. And the management company was responsive, professional, and easy to reach. They were great!

Hard wicker with only one couch. we tried to have a movie night and many chose to lay on the floor after 30 minutes into the movie. Twins beds are okay, all other beds need new matresses. Almost outweighing all of that is the location. Just steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Overall would not stay here again unless improvements to furniture and mattresses

Within walking distance to most things a young family would want. Up to date bathrooms and sitting areas with a large table for family meals.
