6 BR/5.5 Bth-Huge Heated Pool/Spa/Water Slide...Short -1 Min Walk to Beach

Everything was great! Host was very responsive to our needs. Perfect house for kids! Lots of sand toys and beach stuff and outdoor games. The decks are all amazing and comfortable furniture. Some of the indoor furniture was a little worn but they are replacing so will probably be new before the next family stays! Beds are all comfortable and linens nice. The beach is just a block away and absolutely stunning! They have done a great job keeping the house stocked so you don’t have to buy everything single thing! Some seasonings, dish soap , dishwasher pods, laundry soap. I don’t know if they left that from the last group or provided it but it was nice! We will definitely be back!

Hot Tub was wonderful, location to beach was great, all the rooms was wonderful great outside area pool was a lot of fun for all of us.

The house was great! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Very close walk to the beach and they provided wagons, umbrellas, chairs and beach toys!

House was beautiful and well outfitted with everything we needed. This was important as we drove a long way and didn’t want to haul a bunch of beach stuff. Short walk to beach and the list of restaurants, etc. left by the owner was a huge help. Wonderful stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool was incredible — the large rock slide was a huge hit with the kids, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings after they went to bed. The beach was less than a two-minute walk away, which made it so easy to go back and forth, and the view from the top of the house was breathtaking.The owner/manager was super kind and even checked in on us during a bad storm to make sure we were okay — great hospitality! Plus, the garage was stocked with everything we needed for the beach, which made packing so much easier.We would absolutely rent this house again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway!

We were two families (4 adults and 4 small kids ages 1-6). Arrival was seamless, as was checkout. The house was clean and well equipped with baby items (high chair, stroller, crib, step stool), plenty of board games, and also a TON of beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, etc. Unfortunately Hurricane Debby arrived on the first few days of our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the pool and there was a ton of debris. Weldon was excellent at communication and he made sure the pool service came out to clean everything up for us sooner than scheduled. He also brought a new propane tank for the grill. We highly recommend this house to anyone with a group or large family - especially with little ones. My only gripe, which is at no fault to anyone, is that the house next to us was having a large and loud party and was constantly playing VERY loud music. They stopped around 10pm, but from the morning up until 10pm, we constantly heard them partying. It was loud enough where our kids could not fall asleep. We also found beer cans near our driveway from them. Again- no fault to the owner of our property whatsoever. Just something we noted.

Booked our annual family vacation with 2 families with kids from a variety of age ranges. Oceanview was absolutely perfect for us. Everyone has their own space to spread out and the pool was a game changer. Perfectly located close to the beach and well maintained. Owners are extremely nice and responsive. Already looking to re book for next year.

We enjoyed our 9 nights. We ate at the great poolside eating every night and then a very short walk to the beach to watch the sunset most evenings. We all enjoyed the poo! And the slide! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. House well equipped for a large party. High quality utensils etc, grill.

We had a group of 5 couples ( great friends) staying at the house. The house and outdoor space were absolutely gorgeous! Each couple had a King bed and a private bathroom. The living areas is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house is close to the beach - just a short walk. The house had beach chairs, a wagon, and all kinds of beach stuff.
