Location, location, location! The house was perfect for our group close to everything close to the park. Well equipped couldn’t have been happier.

The Zion vacation home was wonderful. Exactly as described and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The surroundings too are stunning!

This home was perfect for our extended family stay. We had plenty of space, a nice outdoor area to hang out, and were very close to the grocery store, the free Springdale bus stop, and Zion National Park. The hosts were proactive with communication and providing us information about the area. We highly recommend this home for travelers to Zion National Park!

My wife and I spent a week here with my brother, two sisters and a brother-in-law. We all found the home to spacious, very clean and well-maintained. We like to cook meals together and we found the kitchen to be well equipped for that. Most important of all, the home is located right outside Zion National Park, just a half block from the Springdale shuttle that provides regular, free service to the park. Also, it is just a half block from the Sol Foods grocery store. We highly recommend this home.We also highly recommend the Zion Gurus outfitter which is just around the corner from the home. It is where we rented boots and waders to hike the Narrows - that hike is a must-do for visitors to Zion.We also recommend the Spotted Dog restaurant just down the main street in Springdale from the house. We had an excellent dinner there one evening.Last, but not least, we recommend the Peekaboo Slot Canyon UTV and Hiking Adventure offered by Razors Edge Tours in Kanab, Utah.

Surrounded by the Zion peaks and 5 minutes from the park entrance, his spacious home is a great place for a family gathering. The property manager Alex is very helpful and responsive, and our family enjoyed the grassy yard and patio, comfortable living room and all the gathering places in this inviting home.

This property was amazing! Great location with access to the Zion Park shuttle, restaurants and stores. Alex was delight to work with. My only very minor complaint was there was not a hot tub as stated on VRBO.

The beautifully decorated spacious home had plenty of room for our family vacation gathering! The well stocked kitchen made food prep easy and the large table enabled everyone to gather for meals. The living room was comfortable and the house provided games and movies. The yard was large & private with gathering spaces in the shade and beautiful flowers and landscaping - all in view of the mountains! The location was a very close walk to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and a Springdale shuttle stop. Communication & responsiveness of the property manager was clear and timely. We loved this house and would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again. The only caution is that the WiFi was a little slow if needed for remote work or video streaming.

The property and location were perfect for our extended family. Being located in Springdale allowed easy access to the Park. And there were restaurants within easy walking distance.

Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed here the first weekend in November and it was perfect. Plenty of space, good amenities, great location and communication from manager. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Shuttle Stop, restaurants, shops and a food market. Ample parking. Large yard for the kids to play in outside. Plenty of room for large family gathering.

This is our 2nd time staying here as a family. We absolutely love it. It's in the heart of Springdale, yet very private. Everything you need is withing a short walking distance. Zion is just up the road. The house is well kept and cozy. A great house and yard to hang with family. We will be back!

Group of 12 friends stayed while doing hikes in Zion. The house was great, well stocked for cooking and was located in a perfect location to local restaurants and the grocery store. Beds were great and fit the group well.

We had a great stay with so much space to spread out. Fantastic stargazing on the beautiful lawn in the middle of Zion's beauty. The house had everything we needed! so simple to get to and from Zion, convenience of restaurants, Springdale shops and grocery store.

I stayed here with a group of 9 people to do a guys trip to Zion. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The outdoor space was comfortable for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The location is walkable to the grocery store, several breakfast restaurants, and the Zion shuttle stop #5. The house worked well as a base camp for visiting and exploring Zion.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barbara's home. Fantastic location in Springdale-- super close to the town shuttle stop, meaning no worrying about inconvenient or expensive parking to get into the park. Steps from a grocery making meals at home a breeze. And an easy walk to many restaurants and shops on the main street. House was clean, and communication was excellent. Comfy beds and linens. Can't imagine a better place to stay for our next visit to Zion.
