The amount of space in the house was amazing. The pool was a huge hit and walking to the beach daily was convenient,too. Owners are right about parking behind the lattice! Kids were thrilled to collect golf balls daily. There was so much in the area we didn't realy use the game room. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty if towels. The owner was great about check in, made it simple, and we were alerted that it was done early.

Fantastic house and stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the listing accurately describes all the amenities and features. Loved the views, the location, the pool, and the very well stocked kitchen. Would stay again definitely.

I really enjoyed myself with my family it was nice actually spent more time at the house than anywhere the beach had a a lot of jellyfish so we really enjoyed the pool and the pool table as well also all the board games and just all the extras I really just needed to bring clothes and fishing gear because everything else was there to use also appreciate the quick response when we lost internet during the storm I have stayed at a lot of houses in NC and this was far the best one Ty for letting us enjoy it

We stayed a week with 10 people (4 kids). We had plenty of room. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool, hot tub and game room were a hit. The one day it rained we had plenty to do inside between the game room, DVDs and board games that were provided. There were plenty of pool toys and floats along with an electric air pump. They had beach chairs and boards as well. Plenty of pool and beach towels! It was a long walk to the beach, so we drove. Tracy was very responsive to texts. We planned on using the grill out back to BBQ most nights, but we didn’t because it was old and extremely dirty. We then had to use the kitchen appliances which could definitely use some upgrading, especially the stove. It was well stocked with everything else we needed in the kitchen. We parked 3 cars in the driveway with no problem. The only downside to the location is that it’s on a very narrow one-way street. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house!

House was well equipped for our family's stay. Living areas all comfortable, TVs in each bedroom and living space, pool was central activity .....lovely breeze from the beach, just a short walk away....

The property was just as we expected and more. There was plenty of room for my family of 8 adults to do as much or as little as they wanted. Each room is tastefully decorated with a different theme. The beds were super comfy and the area was nice and quiet. The amenities were well kept and greatly enjoyed by the group. We played pool, board games, and soaked in the hot tub. Tracy met us upon arrival and was very responsive to questions. Check in and out were a breeze. My only recommendation would be some of the cookware could use upgrading. Other than that, everything was great. Would highly recommend.

This property was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms, the cleanliness, the open space in the house, the supplies in the house (dvds, games, pool floats, kitchens items). The communication with the ower was so easy. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Pool was big and deep. The hot tub being in a covered porch was an added bonus. We would 100% stay here again.

House was clean, well stocked for large group. Easy walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were a great plus! Would definitely stay again. Also plenty of spavce for a group of 12! Owner was easy to reach, stopped by midweek to check pool and hot tub.

Thought it might be better closer to the beach, but for the few times we actually went to the beach it was an easy walk and easier drive. We made more use of the pool and hot tub. Six bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I, our 3 daughters, their husbands, and 4 grandkids, a large dining table for the adults and small one for the kids was good for dinners, and the kitchen was over supplied with anything we needed with labeled cabinets holding it all. The balconies yielded good views and exercise space for the kids, and the host provided a full week of warm sun and no rain!

Our 3 generation family was VERY pleasantly surprised with the whole place. The littles loved “their” room at the top and everyone enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The house has something for everyone; games, pool table, lotsa DVDs, etc. The beach was certainly close enough to walk to, but with the traffic and all the stuff we had to carry, it just proved easier to transport everything and everyone by car. There wasn’t any problem finding parking at the beach either. The weather was perfect - not too hot or humid. We highly recommend Tracy and Daya’s place for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy and Daya's home. It is a perfect place to enjoy the Outer Banks with family. Convenient location, fully-stocked home with everything you need, and a great layout to accommodate a large crew. We hope to come back some day. Thank you for being such great hosts, Tracy and Daya!
