Our home is the perfect vacation home base and great for large groups. The house sleeps 22 with 6 bedrooms (1 California King, 4 queen-size beds and 1 double bed). An additional 2 sleeper sofas, 2 couches & 9 air mattresses w/ sleeping bags provide additional sleeping options. The Arcade - brand new, big-screen, dedicated arcade cabinet with over 10,000 video games! Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Playstation, Arcade Classics and many more.

The large heated pool was refinished with pebble tech and modern tile in 2024 and is refreshing all year round. It has a shallow side along with an 8 ft deep end. Conveniently located in central Phoenix, 15 minutes from downtown in a safe, quiet neighborhood near interstate 17. Near the sports teams, 10-15 minutes from the Suns, Diamondbacks, and Cardinals stadiums and 20 minutes from the airport. Plenty of parking in the driveway, wifi, 65 Smart TV in the main room and 55 Smart TV in the Master bedroom, both with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney, HBO Max and a Chromecast if you'd like to stream your own.

The backyard includes high-quality patio furniture and total seating for 16 with 4 wrought iron chairs, 4 Adirondacks, 4 patio cloth chairs, 2 poolside recliners so that guests can relax in the sun. There is a new fire table and a 5-burner propane grill (fully stocked with gas and grill equipment) for guest use. LED patio lights decorate the porch and provide a refreshing glow in the evening. Bathrooms are newly updated with plenty of towels and toiletries provided (extra toothbrushes, hair products, shampoo, body wash, and more for your use). Fully stocked kitchen with: dishes and utensils, pots and pans, Air Fryer, teapot, dishwasher, microwave, Bialetti coffee maker, rice maker, blender, pancake griddle, butter, oil and spices. Anything in the pantry & fridge is available to you.

Working remote We offer 150MB+ download speed wireless internet which has an ethernet port if you need to plug in. There is a desk in the 6th bedroom right next to the wifi modem which is in front of a window and provides a pleasant workspace.

Laundry: Washer and dryer with laundry soap; ironing board and iron are provided.

4. We also have a karaoke setup that connects through the ceiling speakers. Just need to request 3 days before your stay if you would like this.

5. We have cornhole bags game as well as a large floating flamingo, unicorn, and a volleyball court for the pool that can be set up. Just need to request 3 days before your stay if you would like this.

See my reviews for how happy my visitors have been with our home! The whole house (all 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms) are available to my guests. I frequently chat by text with all my guests and responses come fastest via text message with any questions guests have.

My neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Many kids on bikes and friendly neighbors can be found right outside the front door. However, please note that my neighborhood is NOT Scottsdale. My neighborhood is diverse and representative of Phoenix. If this is something you are not comfortable with, I encourage you to book a home in a suburb where the neighborhood is more homogenous.

There are three beautiful public golf courses near my house with prices as low as $18 per 9 holes. You can book these online in advance using the City of Phoenix website. Also, if you like to bike, I live right on the bike path, which connects all of central Phoenix. You can enjoy biking all the way downtown without touching a busy street.

I recommend renting a car in Phoenix as the city is very spread out, and public transportation is not great. Generally, you can get a car for $25 a day if you rent in advance and take the car from the PHX airport.

House Rules

1. No Parties. Please note that my home is for travelers from out of town ONLY and not a place for gatherings of people that live in the Phoenix area. Maximum of 4 cars at the property. I have had to ask guests to leave in the past for violating this policy.

2. Outside noise after 10pm should be kept to a minimum. My neighbor's bedroom window is across the fence from the hot tub and she has been known to complain for excessive noise at night.

3. Pool heating is absolutely FREE as long as you book 7 days or more before the check-in date.

4. There is a security system in the house monitored by Link Interactive that provides guests with security for their possessions when they are away from the home.

5. Please leave the house in as nice a shape as you find it! We are proud of our five stars ratings for cleanliness, charm, and hospitality. I expect I can also rate your group with five stars as a respectful and clean guest.
