Stayed Sep 18, 2025David was such a pleasure to work with! Super communicative and flexible. The house was perfect for a large group of couples - all of the bedrooms having their own bathrooms was a dream. Great location, walkable to lots of restaurants, the beach, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Our family of 11 (4 small children) enjoyed the week immensely. The home was great and the pool area was perfect. We only wish that the trash cans next door were not emptied at 5:30 in the morning on Sunday! :)

Stayed Apr 17, 2025Loved the house! Plenty of space for hanging out and lounging. Nice big kitchen. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or anywhere in Rehoboth. We want to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the pool since the back yard also looked amazing!

Stayed Nov 29, 2024The house was really nice and plenty of room for everyone. I was very surprised when we had to bring our own towels and paper products. This detail is not in the listing, after booking I received a contract which did state that towels and paper products are not included, which I missed. I was very surprised when we arrived at the house and there was not a roll of toilet paper and barely any hand soap in the bathrooms I have never seen this and we had to make our own beds, they did provide the linens. So just be aware that you have to bring all your own towels, paper products and cleaning supplies. .

Stayed Sep 26, 2024We picked this house for a long weekend with 3 other couples. The house was huge with plenty of space for meals. The most enjoyable part was sitting on the porch and watching people going by. Definitely, highly recommended!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The house is as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the grounds in the back and the two living areas, both with big TVs. Some areas show signs of wear and some parts of the cleaning process could have been better.
