6 Bedrooms/ 5 Bathrooms/ Solara (1889 TP)

The house was fine and clean and there was plenty of room for the family. The description of the house said it was a mile from Disney which was misleading. It took 30 minutes to get to Disney. The information to get into the house was easy. It would have been nice to have a pamphlet in the house with instructions regarding the trash pick up.

The property on the outside was not kept, but I’m guessing they clean up and cut grass and all that before the weekend, because we got to the home Sunday evening and checked out Thursday morning when we were leaving we seen them cutting grass. There was trash and bushes and grass not trimmed. And I’m guessing from the little swamp area located behind the house, from time to time we got a horrible smell of something dead or rotting while we were out in the pool area. When we arrived the house was 86 degrees, so for future visits, I would recommend making cooler for when guests arrive, we had to turn the ac down, and wait till the next morning for the house to finally get cool enough to be comfortable. I payed the extra fee for the barbecue pit only to run out of propane and was not able to grill our last dinner, it was out of office hrs by the time we noticed we were out and I didn’t bother to call because didn’t want that extra charge of asking for something outside of office hours. Also recommend making sure the tank is full before each stay. The master bed was a little to firm for my liking, but the beds upstairs seem to have been ok. Also would have been nice to have access to a broom and mop as we couldn’t clean up and had to just wear our flip flops so I feet wouldn’t turn black from the ground, and to also be able to clean the wet floors from coming in from the pool. Other then those minor issues we did overall enjoy our stay!

The house is big and spacious. Did not disappoint with space! It was farther from the Disney Parks than we thought, as it’s definitely deeper into Kissimmee. Very quiet and gated! Felt very safe!

Everything was as expected. Very comfortable house, clean, with lots of space to hang out. Big kitchen and great pool and patio

The only negative aspect was the second to last night (Friday night) there was a large crowd of people outside at 3am yelling and physically fighting. I watched the security guy drive by and do absolutely nothing. A short time later someone pulled out a weapon (I watched this out my bedroom window as it was extremely loud and woke me and my mother up). This was a very scary experience, and forced me to wake my children and move to the back of the house as I was afraid they would start shooting. For the money spent, and being in a gated community, I felt very unsafe after this.

Everything as absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful. My whole family had so much fun. Everything you need is in the house. Towels, hair dryer. Dish soap, trash bags, we did not cook but they have seasonings, oils. I mean truly you just need to arrive and enjoy everything it has to offer. Def recommend

The booking and check-in process was very smooth. The host communicated promptly with any questions and we really enjoyed the home and pool.

Great location near Disney. Kid loved the clubhouse with the kiddie pool. Property was great. General wear and tear but a modern feel and overall spacious and no complaints other than wish we could have stayed longer instead of returning to the cold.

The house is as beautiful as it looks online!! We did have some trouble with the electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms, and some of the lights were not working. But overall it was a great stay.

This was a nice spacious house for our family. We loved having the pool for the kids during downtime from the Disney parks. Everything was perfect! Nice house!
