Lovely property with a wonderful pool, well-located in The Pines, with a 15 minute walk into town or to Deauville Beach.

Beautifully decorated home that is also comfortable and conveniently located! Highly recommend!

Could not think of a lovelier house to spend a week in Rehoboth. Close to everything, even prettier than in the photos, so serene and private thanks to the big trees surrounding the back yard and pool, and perfectly set up for family time and relaxing. David was wonderful and super responsive and helpful. We are already planning our return to Rehoboth and would absolutely love to stay in this house again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. All of the bedrooms on the first and second floor are lovely with lots of room. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. All the appliances worked beautifully. The kids were excited to discover a variety of games to play. Candyland was a hit with our four year olds.Though it did NOT spoil our vacation by any means, incoming guests might appreciate knowing that the lower level bedrooms are cold and dark.We enjoyed our walks downtown and our time on the beach. David is great to work with!

We are a group of 8 women who take an annual beach getaway together. This house was absolutely perfect and David, the property manager, was wonderful answering any questions we had promptly. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach but it is very easy. The house was clean, beautiful, and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was perfect for relaxing after our day at the beach. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

The house is in a convenient location within walking distance (under a mile) to the boardwalk, beach and downtown Rehoboth. The small swimming pool was a plus and was really enjoyed by the children who preferred the pool to the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to our concerns.

More than enough room for everyone, and we loved the pool! Easy to walk to Rehoboth Ave and the beach. David was so helpful.

We rented this home for a weeklong vacation that included 6 adults and 4 small children. The space was exactly what we needed, and the kids loved the pool. The parking passes make it extremely easy to drive right up to the beach entrance, so don’t be concerned about the distance from the beach. The property manager is extremely responsive and friendly. Great stay and we plan to return!

My family and I (12 total - 8 adults / 3 kids / 1 infant) rented this property out in the middle of July and it was wonderful! David was extremely quick in answering any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. The listing is exactly as pictured and the pool was a lifesaver during that summer heat! The area around the house is very charming as well...great for some long evening walks. Would strongly recommend this house!

The property is in a great location and is well set up. The kitchen has everything you would need. The house is a good size but perhaps a little tired. We had a great time. David our host was very responsive.

The house was a great fit for our family. David was responsive from booking, through our stay. The location allowed an easy walk to the quiet end of the beach but was still close enough to get to all the stores/restaurants on the main street. Absolutely would recommend!
