Stayed Aug 2, 2025The house is well designed and constructed but is showing the signs of significant rental wear and needs work. There were broken cabinets, doorknobs coming off doors and walls desperately in need of a paint job. Also the cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning floors and corners. The surface cleaning they are doing in between rentals is insufficient. The window by the staircase over the front door is downright disgusting, full of dead bugs and cobwebs. The owner was very responsive when the code to the door malfunctioned. The property has great bones but should not be represented as “new”

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Check in was pretty smooth except for using right code initially. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, pans, pots, coffee maker, blenders, 4 slice toaster, sink with spray and garbage disposal, nice dishwasher, stove and fridge.
