Beautiful home, wonderfully decorated, with plenty of ocean views and sounds of the surf. 100 yards from the beach in York Beach, ME. Sleeps 12 with 3 full baths and an outside shower. Huge master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor with full bath and office. Wake up looking at the Atlantic Ocean without even leaving the bed. 5 additional bedrooms, all with queen size beds and kids bedroom with 2 twin beds. Family room on first with new 46 inch high definition Smart TV. 2nd floor has a gourmet quality kitchen with open concept. Separate sitting area flows into kitchen with an over sized island with cook top built in (along with double convection ovens) and flows into the dining area with table and 6 chairs. Deck has gas grill and large table and chairs for outside eating/ with ocean views/sounds. 3rd floor has a living room with custom built in bar along with the master suite. 3rd floor deck has a round table and chairs, along with dramatic views of the ocean and Nubble Lighthouse. Linens and towels provided as well as use of beach chairs. Wifi and cable provided.

We can't say enough positive things about our time spent in this wonderful home on Long Sands in York ME. The home fit every need for our family's vacation and we made unforgettable memories with our children.
