The house was sooo cozy!

This place is one of my favorites and the host is always great

The house had everything we needed for a family stay. The front door keypad did not work and the upstairs sink drained very slow, but we were able to workaround both. Would recommended the property.

This was the perfect beach house for a quick getaway. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own area. It was also a quick walk to downtown which was wonderful.

We had 7 women in our group. The location is perfect and we will stay here again. We were 2 blocks from the beach and downtown. The kitchen is well stocked with an air fryer, crock pot and turkey pan! We had plenty of room and the beds were comfy.

It was clean and well furnished! Thanks to the management for being helpful and quick to respond.

We were in Seaside for a convention and the house was a 3 min walk to the convention center and with 5 bedrooms, we all had our own room. The living room furniture was so comfy (especially the recliner) and there was a gas fireplace for a nice beachy vibe. I highly recommend staying at this property.

My Sorority group has an annual beach trip every year. Our 2025 trip chose this beach house for our annual staycation. It was a great choice. With six bedrooms, we all had our own room. The house was well equipped and included Netflix for great movie watching. Thank you for a fabulous weekend!

We were in Seaside for the Miss Oregon Preliminary Competition. My granddaughter won the title of Miss Clatsup County and my other granddaughter was awarded first runner up in the Miss Clatsup County Teen Competition. Thank you for making our stay comfortable for such and exiciting an busy weekend.

Great location. Lots of room. Accurate description of house. Would stay there again. There was 8 of us and it worked great.

Our multigenerational family group fit well in this home. Everything was comfortable. Nice yard space, lovely veranda, and comfortable beds added to the enjoyment of our stay. One suggestion—please provide fans for the upstairs bedrooms and make sure all the windows have screen so they can remain open. Other than that, a great time was had by all.

My friends and I were in town for our annual volleyball tournament, and everyone enjoyed our stay! No complaints

Amazing older house, plenty of room. Firework show was crazy but fun! The front deck was so relaxing and cute. Beach toys for the kids, backyard with bbq, walking distance to the beach and shopping, large dining table which we didnt use but would have been perfect for game night! Kitchen was fully stocked. Bring extra toilet paper and food storage for left overs though! The neighborhood felt safe, neighbors seemed friendly. It was such a great stay. Also the customer servoce was outstanding when I spoke with them during booking, the sweetest people ever! Would rent again and return to seaside.

The details and pictures are true to the property. This is an older home that has tons of charm and plenty of amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is the best stocked of any vacation home I have visited. Plenty of plates, utencils, and even a properly seasoned cast iron skillet. Our group of 6 was in town for a convention and with the convention center 2 blocks away we were able to walk and not have to bother with finding parking. We managed to get all 4 of our cars in the driveway with no issues. We will be looking forward to coming back and staying here again next year!
