The house was great, thanks so much. Next time we’re in Sandbridge we’ll definitely plan to stay here again

The weather wasn’t so great. No places close by to go out to eat. Great beach access across the street. The house was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Easy living areas in the kitchen, family room and back deck table area. Front deck needs some new chairs. Nice views. Hot tub was enjoyed. Pool was nice New chairs

Stacey was excellent to work with. The house was great and our family enjoyed the pool immensely. However there were 2 days we were in a heat advisory. The upstairs of the house got very warm all afternoon, in the upper eighties, and evening for 2 days. I called and they told me there was not much they could do about it. I ask for fans but the didn’t have any. The lady said they had extreme heat the week before also. Im wondering if there a/c units are not big enough to handle the extreme heat. Maybe this is something they need to check into. Otherwise we had a great time with our family.

House was perfect for our large family. Location, pool, beds, kitchen all met our needs and glad we could come to an area that we all have never explored.

The house is steps away from the beach! It's located in the quiet town of Sandbridge. This was our first time in Sandbridge, and we enjoyed our time thoroughly. We will definitely return to this house and to the area.

Everything great upon arrival, however, first day we discovered several isuues. • screen doors on sliding doors most off tracks and came off • hot tub not available for one day because it needed chemicals and needed to be drained •outdoor shower needed to be cleaned by guest before it could be used •dishwashers, one leaked, but no warning to let guests know not to use it, 2nd dishwasher, top shelf was broke •furniture on back deck is rusty •heated pool is NOT heated and liner needs repair •for future guests it should list on the the Sandbridge management group package what guests need to bring,such as dishwasher soap, kitchen towels and dishcloths etc. guests don’t mind bringing these items if they know ahead of time. •there is a lockbox, for a linen package on the front entrance, but nothing was explained anywhere about said box. The information given was vague, we did not open it up during our stay •the amenities were not listed prior to our stay, for example, there were two keurigs, no coffee pot, and no pods or nothing prior information about keurigs •the dryer has a dangerous lint trap that we tried to remedy by vacuuming some of the lint in the trap, our view, it was a fire hazard to use •despite the many issues, these things did not stop our family being together and enjoying each other
