Nice spacey property with 4 bedrooms in great location in village. We new it was an older property before renting but we are not very choosey. Worked out very well. Definitely need s some minor maintenance taken care of especially with bathroom faucet and shower fixtures and TP holder in upstairs bathroom.. And dryer did not work properly. The heat worked but the drum did not turn. Could be a fire hazard!

Clean n quiet neighborhood , better than any hotel experience that we have had n the past ! Plenty of room for more than three couples !

Arriving at the property we found a huge wasp nest on the front porch with several wasps on it. Entering into the home we were greeted with a very hot, horribly wet dog smell (no dogs allowed). The AC temperature is to be set to 80° F and no one had the hospitality to turn on the air prior to our arrival. After unloading and deciding on room placements, we noticed all the bugs and bug traps located around the inside and outside of the property. Bug traps are fine, but calling an exterminator to rid the problem entirely is best. Also, rat droppings were found in the shelves around all the pots and pans. In the kitchen, the sink faucet sprayer hose and a copper pipe under the sink leak, enough to the point that the whole kitchen floor flooded... twice! The washing machine in the fourth bedroom, which was not a real a bedroom but the utility room, flooded the floor twice while in use. In the downstairs bathroom the hot water faucet on the tub flew off every time it was turned on. The faucet to the tub upstairs turns on hot in both directions with the off being a happy place in the middle. The pillows were stained with disgusting bright yellow blotches from past renters sweat or drool which was very unhealthy for anyone sleeping on those pillows. The electric outlets would not hold any of our electronics or did not work. The light switches need to be replaced in the upstairs bedroom because they only work half the time. Management was called three times making them aware of the problems but nothing could be done while we were there. The whole condo needs a major renovation, since obviously nothing has been changed since the 1970s when Hot Springs Village was built. All in all, if you want a peaceful, relaxing stay, do not stay here!

Check in was very easy and after a long drive it was very nice for the property to close to the entrance. It has 2 floors with decks off of two of the rooms. Everyone’s beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was also nice that all rooms had TVs. The price was outstanding for a 4 bedroom 2 bath town house. We would love to book this again in the future.

The rental needs TLC. Many issues with plumbing, electricity, cleanliness of cabinets. I reported electrical issues the day after we arrived. The owner was to be notified. Nothing happened and no feedback. The fourth bedroom has no closet or windows and is actually the laundry room. The plugs in this room are so loose that nothing stays in the socket. This is an attached condo so the unit is dark. The living room has 2 small bedroom type lamps so is quite dark. Requires 2 floor lamps. The master bathroom bathtub hot water tap turns on in either direction, have to find sweet spot to turn it off. The sink drips continuously. The master has a faulty wall switch or there is a short to the fan/light. I reported this as for about a day, could not get the fan to work at all. The downstairs with '3 bedrooms' is quite humid. We turned on the fan to run continuously. The good thing was as a family, we were able to be together. I would never rent this type of facility again.. Free standing homes are much better and I have rented many over the years.

Every feature was as described. The place is well maintained. We were in town for a funeral and having one less thing to worry about was comforting. The entire community was great.

We had an overall good stay. No problem with the property. We had a check out time for 10am. We woke uo late, clean a little (even though we paid cleaning fees), and checked out at noon. The owners had arrived and were there waiting on us to leave and we were actually on our way out when they arrived. The following day I was called and informed that I was being charged for a half day for the late check out. I thought that was a bit too much for two hours and a standby to wait for us to leave. We should have not been rushed out and definitely should have been informed and allowed to stay longer for a half day of pay. We were prepared to pay something extra for the late check out...but half day pay was definitely not expected.

It was nice, But the beds could have been softer. In the ceiling fan in the master bedroom stop working but started back working.
