Stayed Jul 8, 2025The house has been updated with beautiful and functional furnishings and the kitchen has everything you could want or need, including a coffee bar with an unlimited supply of coffee! We walked to campus each day as well as to the Trader Joe’s. Check in was super easy and management was very responsive.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024The house is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The property was immaculately clean. Very well stocked with everything you need. The outside area (yard, deck, furniture) is very nice and a great space to entertain/hangout. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very easy to contact. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We stayed here for the 4th of july weekend... the house is conveniently located... there are restaurants and groceries nearby. We toured Notre Dame which is super close by, a farmer's market is only a 5-10 min drive away, a casino and winery/brewery not too far. The property sits in a corner lot from diverging streets so it felt open and distant from a group of revelers on the other end of the block during the holiday. House is big enough to accomodate a group of 15 family and friends.. living and dining rooms are spacious even the kitchen and we did not feel cramped at all.. interiors and fixtures are elegantly decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining essentials... even complimentary coffee pods. Everything looked new or they were properly maintained. Bed sheets, linens, towels were more than enough.. there is a spacious patio with a yard for kids to play. We wish the grill there was available for use though. The host, Matt, was easy to reach and responds promptly to questions.. very accomodating. I'd stay here again... a gem in the neighborhood!
