The view was spectacular, the heated pool was a wonderful treat and the house was very spacious.

The cleanest, most well-stocked home. An amazing vacation on a beautiful locale. Hosts are kind, considerate and very responsive. Can’t say enough about this experience

Terrific vacation at Irene's Landing with plenty of room for our family of 12. Home was immaculate, linens and towels comfy and kitchen well stocked for meal prep. Heated pool was a big hit and the teens enjoyed kayaking in the cove, fishing off the dock and playing tennis at the community courts. Location is convenient for day trip into Boston or time on the islands. Adults loved the huge deck with an amazing view....Thanks for a perfect week!!

We had the best time. Wonderful house and location. The view and pool made it so special. We had lots of pickle ball games and day trips

We had an amazing weekend! There were 12 girlfriends celebrating a girls' weekend away and we spent the majority of the time at the house. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and the deck overlooking the water is absolutely amazing and relaxing. We had an at-home hibachi come for dinner one night, and they set up on the lawn, and it was awesome. Highly recommend the Cape Cod Winery in Falmouth as a great place to visit for the afternoon! Dawn and family were awesome at communicating and made sure they answered all our questions and that we had everything we needed. We would definitely go back and stay again!

What a wonderful experience!! The house was just as described. We’re were 8 adults and 2 infants. Everyone had plenty of space both to be together and apart. The location is perfect to all kinds of fun activities- biking, beautiful beaches, shopping, and many lobster rolls! We indulged in all of it. The house offered us plenty of distractions including a lovely pool, pool table, A huge chess set, and kayaks launched right from the property. We availed ourselves of all of it. We also played tennis and pickleball on the nearby courts. But most of all, the view of the bay and the boats coming and going delighted us all day every day. It was literally the perfect vacation.

Overall, our stay was good. Pros: The view was great. The pool was nice and warm. The neighborhood was nice for evening walks and we felt safe the whole time. The pool table was fun. Communication with host was awesome. Cons: There was no extra paper supplies, we had to run out for toilet paper on the first day, and had to get paper towels too. We found a dead rat in one of the closet and there wasn’t air freshener spray, it was ok as it was on our last day.

We had a great time at the house and really did not leave, nor did we need too. With the pool,pool table, board games and the picturesque view, we had plenty to do.

We had a wonderful time staying here - the main level of the house is gorgeous with stunning views. Our favorite spots to hang out were on the upstairs deck and in the pool, both areas where we could enjoy the beautiful view with privacy. There are so many rooms and beds, everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. The kitchen is well-appointed and we had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The home was so wonderful we ended up not leaving the property at all! Absolutely perfect for a fun, relaxed group getaway.

Our family rented this house for a short 4 night stay to see Cape Cod. It was a good property. Quiet neighborhood. It was plenty of room for our family of 6. The owner was very kind to allow us to keep the pool open and heated for our middle of Oct. trip. Great stay overall. I would recommend bringing your own washcloths. I could not find any at this property. I guess I’m just weird to expect that to be at a property. Not sure. In my opinion this property is a bit dated and overpriced. But maybe it’s the location that constitutes the price. One of the showers downstairs didn’t even turn on. My kids told me “brown water” came out of another shower. Maybe it just hasn’t been used in a while. I probably wouldn’t rent this exact house again but it met our needs this time. We greatly enjoyed playing pool downstairs and Cape Cod and the Islands.
