Stayed Apr 4, 2026Wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed home! The space was great for a large group and we loved the open floorpan on the main floor along with opening the doors to the front and back decks to enjoy the outdoors. We were so grateful for all of the things provided by the owners like beach towels & chairs, bikes, wagon and sand toys. The house is so close to the pool, the beach and shops, but also feels private and off the beaten path which we really enjoyed. Check in and check out process was seamless and owner was always so quick to respond, kind and thoughtful in every way! Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 15, 2026Perfect Spring Break Getaway at The Mint Julep!Our family just returned from an incredible weeklong Spring Break at The Mint Julep, and this home exceeded every expectation. The property is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, and located just steps away from both the pool and the beach. It offered the perfect amount of space for multiple families to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. We were especially impressed by how well-appointed the home was; the kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you might need and there were plenty of high-quality bath and beach towels for everyone. A huge part of what made our stay so seamless was our host, Jeramy. She was incredibly kind, informative, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The outdoor amenities at The Mint Julep really set it apart, as we made daily use of the six amazing new beach cruisers to enjoy the quiet location that sits at a perfect midpoint between Seaside and Alys/Rosemary Beach. Having a dedicated beach shed was a total game-changer, as it was packed with chairs, an umbrella, a backpack cooler, and beach toys for the kids. With great restaurants just a short distance away and such a peaceful atmosphere to return to, this was truly the perfect vacation. As Floridians, this was our first trip to a 30A Beach destination and we cannot wait to come back!
