With approximately 2,263 sq. ft., themed bedrooms, a private screened pool, Game Room, optional BBQ grill, and access to the resort amenities, the property is designed for families looking to enjoy plenty of fun both inside and outside the theme parks.

Located approximately 11 miles from Walt Disney World, the home offers convenient access to Orlando’s main attractions while providing the comfort and privacy of a complete vacation home. Spend the day at Disney, relax in your private pool, have fun with the family in the Game Room, or enjoy the resort’s lazy river and water slide.

Inside, the property features central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with a flat-screen TV, and a TV in every bedroom. An in-home washer and dryer, bed linens and towels, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board are also provided. A Pack ’n Play and high chair can be requested free of charge.

The covered lanai connects to the private screened pool, which features outdoor furniture and lounge chairs, creating an inviting space to enjoy the Florida weather. The pool area also features a child safety fence for added convenience for families traveling with young children.

Access to the Solterra Resort clubhouse amenities is subject to a one-time fee per home, per reservation.

1 to 12 guests: US$35.
13 guests or more: US$45.

Universal Orlando: approximately 20 miles.
Orange County Convention Center: approximately 12 miles.
LEGOLAND Florida: approximately 33 miles.

PARKING

Parking is free, with a maximum limit of 5 vehicles per residence.

Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles may not be parked on the grass or block sidewalks.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$65 for the entire stay.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
